They asked us to go in to get our food since we picked mobile pick up and were in the drive thru. Wouldn't it be obvious to just take it from the counter to the drive thru.... grrr
It seems like every time i use my app for free food, their quality goes down, like they have a stack of pre made soggy burgers off to the side to give to people who redeem points for free food. Atleast thats what i have observed over the last few years, and its the same in ALL McDonald'

It’s McDonald’s u can’t go wrong but what makes a difference is the customer service or the speed of the service and I aways stop on my way home the staff can be more happy like be grateful you have a job remember ur replaceable
