McDonald's is a restaurant where customers can expect consistent food quality. The staff is praised for their attentiveness to mistakes, as one customer experienced a lost order that was quickly resolved with a free item. The customer service is appreciated, although there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency, such as bringing mobile pick-up orders directly to customers in the drive-thru line. The kiosk system may occasionally encounter issues. Overall, the customer service and food quality are positive aspects of this restaurant.
