Bathroom was filthy, messed up our order several times, attempted to make us leave before completely serving our order, took 25+ minutes to retrieve our order and once we were finally back on the road we noticed they had incorrectly made our food but had no time to turn around and ask for corrections as we are on a 20+hour road trip with a deadline. Worst service we have ever received at any fast food restaurant to date.

Great location right off of the freeway. Service was decent. Food was hot and tasty. Only downside was the lack options at the soft drink dispenser (most were out).

Had a very bad experience through drive-through the girl at the window had a very nasty attitude. She had no customer service. She was yelling at me through the window told her I was gonna contact customer service because she had no good customer service and she said go ahead there is no good customer service here Couldn’t even enjoy my food. I didn’t even eat it. Will be contacting your corporate office as well

So I was a paying customer... I asked for some water for my water bottle and they denied me water .... I explained that I really needed the water.. the manager was rude and flamboyant and said to go somewhere else...

The food was great. The price on the other hand, all that I got was a double cheeseburger with bacon and that was over $10+tax bringing the grand total to 11.04

Drive thru is just silly. Not a busy area yet always 10-15mins to get order being the only car in line. If others are in line 20mins for sure.
Tried this place again today after 6yrs. Walked in and stood there for 8mins before i walked out. One car in drive thru and not one employee took my order or acknowledged i was in the restaurant.

Bread is always dry and every time I order an Ultimate Cheeseburger it is nothing even close to how it’s made. Lacking sauce and cheese.
There are lobby hours and drive thru hours. The lobby hours are wrong. The staff closed the lobby before the posted hours.
