“Found this place in Dunnigan. We were really hungry and were only looking at fast food options. This place is wonderful! Definitely did not expect this. But will come back again when we’re coming through Dunnigan. All the food was very fresh and very tasty. Chile relleno was exceptionally good and I am very picky about Chile Rellanos!!”

“First stop after driving an hour and a half north of Los Angeles. Clean, pleasant bathroom, friendly staff. I only ordered coffee and was about to get another when I was surprised by a refill of a fresh coffee! The Wi-Fi is great and so are the shadows in the parking lot!”

There was a gentleman who handled the situation with patience and grace. Resolved the issue with no questions asked. Great customer service. “Matchbox was absolutely lovely! The staff are friendly and fun. The view was beautiful. We had real Italian pizza made by a chef that studied in Tuscany, it was delicious! And the wine was delicious too.definitly going back to Matchbox.”

“This place is exactly what you'd expect in a small town. Kind people with great service. Amazing homemade food. Family friendly but great for a couple as well. My kids loved the enchiladas and burritos. I love Mexican food and have tried many places over my years. This place stands out! The flavors that they use are different in the best ways. Great portions, great house made hot sauce, and they were quick! Try the spicy pork! We came though and found this place by accident, but it will be a place we frequent now when we pass through!”

“Food was good and tasted fresh- generous portions and affordable. no seating, but there were a couple of bar stools and a small counter. Our fam needed to use the restroom and although they don’t have a public one, they let us use the staff bathroom. The bathroom could use some love, especially if they want to expand and serve more food that is not take out.”
