If you go to Enso for anything, go for the Wagyu Gyoza. Hands down the best gyoza I’ve ever tasted—juicy, rich, and impressively oversized. I’m an avid sushi lover and still found myself wishing I’d ordered a second plate of the Wagyu gyoza. It’s easily the star of the menu.

A close runner-up is the Scallop & Crab Duo Appetizer—a perfectly balanced bite that makes you stop mid-conversation. And for dessert? The Green Tea Ice Cream surprisingly stole third place. We devoured three plates without shame.

On the noodle side, the Wok-Fried Yakisoba was fine—not bad, but not the kind of dish you dream about later.

Now for the rolls: the Jackpot Roll lives up to its name. My party of three unanimously crowned it the best roll of the night. The Scallop Roll, however, missed the mark—the scallop just wasn’t good. The Salmon Lover roll was average, and the Salmon Teriyaki Bowl landed in the “decent but not memorable” category.

Bottom line: Go for the Wagyu Gyoza, scallop & crab duo, and the Jackpot Roll—those two alone can turn an Enso visit into a win.”

We were at the casino for my partners work event and on our last night went to C2 for dinner. The food was great, a little spendy, but this is what elevated dining is now. Small portions, big price. But they did deliver on flavor. I got the fillet mignon paired with a cab sav and really enjoyed it. My roasted garlic was a bit under done so I enjoyed my partners. The bread basket that came out before the starters had a lot of flavor profiles and textures, breads and crackers, I love a carried bread basket. We got the smoked wedge and it came out under glass with oak smoke swirling, great presentation but as I come from a wild fire zone it tasted too much of smoke for my taste. The atmosphere was lovely and looked like there was plenty of seating, booths and tables. Our server was great and the floor manager even came over for introductions and a quality check. The steak house and the sushi place were the best dining options in the casino.”

“Asian restaurant located in the Cache Creek Casino. It can get busy during the weekends and it helps to make a reservation. Service is ok, depends who your server is. Food is also just ok, we get a variety of things depending on if we want bangus, eggplant, fried rice, walnut shrimp, soup, or noodles. They take comps so it’s bang for your buck. Or you can also order to go.”
