We, the customer, expect decent customer service, and that's where your tips come. We will not give tips if you do not care about the service you give. To the owner, teach your staff that the customer isn't interested in waiting on them to look at their phone and be ignored. Please get better since your coffee is better than other local choices.”

“My experience here was so good I had to share after hearing some mixed reviews. This was a random stop my husband and I decided make after running errands. I am so happy we did, the food was great, service staff are very kind. We ordered the Ahi Tuna and Avocado Tartar as a starter. My husband ordered the steak frites and I ordered shrimp scampi and ended with the creme brulee. Everything was phenomenal. I was so sad because I accidently left the rest of my scampi at the restaurant when I was leaving! it was so good I had wanted to take the other half home, anyways new favorite spot in Lake County. 100% suggest for a date night.”

We had an absolutely spectacular weekend in the quiet, spacious main house and enjoyed everything from our customized wine tasting to the luxurious bed and bathroom to the freshly made breakfast. “This is truly a family vineyard, a very kind and generous one! I visited this place with my friend and her family to celebrate her birthday on Feb 10, 2024. This is a kid-friendly and pet-friendly place, great to hang out with groups. All the wines on the tasting menu were amazing! You can play golf, or jenga, or just enjoy the beautiful view of the ducks in the pond. Very serene and relaxing!”

“Love it ! This was our first visit to Biasotti and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The pulled pork sandwich was delicious. The pork was moist and full of flavor and the slaw that topped it was the perfect accompaniment. The tri-tip had a beautiful smoke ring with a nice bark, and it was also moist and full of flavor and to top it off the peach cobbler was excellent, peachy, buttery goodness! We shall be back!”

Our order was done fast and brought to us with a smile.The grilled chicken sandwich has great flavor and thick and juicy . The bun was soft and easy to chew. The fries were amazing. The trip sandwich was excellent soft and tender. The bbq sauce was so good wish I would have got a side of it and I loved the macaroni salad. I definitely recommend this place.”

The students were all turned-out in professional service uniforms, the place was spotless, attitudes were positive and professional - just a great feeling for Lake County. On one wall is a white-board with listings of where grads are now working -and there were some top Napa and Sonoma restaurants listed - very inspiring. Keep in mind that many of these young people come from VERY disadvantaged backgrounds. If this program helps pull them out of poverty, homelessness, substance abuse, and a bleak future - everyone should seek to support it. And the food! Beautifully presented! We both had Pho which was perfectly balanced with a deep flavor-profiled broth, great noodles, perfect beef, together with fresh basil, lime, peppers, sprouts and a seriously legit hot-sauce.”
