We ordered 2 drinks and 2 of the lemon iced lemon loafs. My husband got his drink, five minutes later our first lemon loaf, 3 minutes later I got my drink and 5 minutes after that we received our last order. Meanwhile three other people came in and ordered their stuff and received them in a timely manner. I’m not really sure what the problem was.

All I have to say is I've been coming here for years, I have never had an issue with any of the staff as they're all super sweet, and the manager is amazing. However, I don't understand how they allow bullies and condescending people to work there. Please talk to Brianna, her attitude is disgusting, not only does she not greet, and have the customer service/connections that Starbucks swears by but she always rushes my orders/makes it wrong and seems annoyed anytime I come by. I have a disability which causes me to be slow and she always appears to be annoyed and like I said she will not say a single word, which I find very rude. Starbucks do better, talk to your employees even if they don't like someone, you are serving customers and can at least be friendly!

i asked for a venti strawberry frap with caramel crunch on it and 3 pup cups, they forgot the cups and gave me a small caramel frap.....🧍🏻♀️

it's newly built building, quite big inside and neat and clean. we ordered 2 drinks.. both are not good in taste..didnt except from starbucks, but kids didnt like it as well I, compared to other starbucks. staff was very sweet to accommodate it.
