We were driving up I5 from So Cal and needed to eat lunch. Most places in Dunsmuir were closed, so we chose the Pizza Factory. What a find. We shared a Calzone. The crust was amazing. They hand toss the dough, and it was awesome. We come from the East Coast and are very familiar with good pizza. The sauce was tasty, and the fillings plentiful. The town was interesting. Babe Ruth even stopped there.

The establishment leaves a lot to be desired. The pizzas however are delicious and I loved the crunchy texture. However, I don't see the point of having both a large and extra large as the extra large only costs $2 more, and staff will convince you to get the extra large. There's really no insensitive to order a large over an extra large. They should just make the extra large, the large. Also, what's with the paper plates? That's just cheap and cutting corners. They can't afford to hire a dishwasher?

From the moment we walked into the Pizza Factory, the staff made us feel welcome. We asked for recommendations, and they were quick to tell us about the Awesome Pizza, which is appropriately named. It is loaded with goodies. The dough is baked perfectly, and the toppings are always fresh and delicious. They have a small but well-maintained salad bar full of fresh eats too, and we enjoy a cool, crisp salad on a hot day before we share our favorite pie. And if you still have room for dessert, get the cinnamon sticks. So yummy! Also, it is nice to have a family friendly pizza parlor to hang out at with indoor seating as well as a small arcade upstairs. You should definitely check it out!

We were excited to try this because it was walking distance. We ordered the combo, it was served quickly. The crust was soft and doughy, you couldn’t pick it up so we grabbed some forks, but they were plastic and not useable for pizza. The meat was chewy and odd textured, the green bell peppers were sliced incredibly thin. Ordered a large pizza thinking we would save a bunch for lunch the following day, be both tried one piece and left the rest and left. It was $48 for one pizza, 2 regular fountain drinks with gratuity. Over priced and really just kind of gross.

We stopped at the Pizza Factoy in Dunsmore on the way home from a road trip. The staff were friendly, the food came out quickly and it was delicious! I ordered a mini pizza which I had planned on taking some home but it was so good, I finished it.
