We tried to come here two straight mornings during business hours and they were not open. Extremely frustrating. If you are going to have hours both on your trailer and written on the door at least follow them!

But could you please change your hours- so many times I have walked over, like just right now, and you were already closed much before your closing time. I feel like the closing time should be 11:30 not 12:30, if you keep leaving early. Thank you so much!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Up-N-Running Espresso is a MUST-STOP in Dunsmuir! We stumbled across this little coffee cart and wow—what a gem! The espresso was smooth and bold, and the breakfast burrito? Total game-changer. Everything tasted fresh and homemade.
The service was even better—friendly, welcoming, and full of that small-town charm that makes you feel like a regular instantly. Perfect location too, right off I-5 and next to the beautiful Cave Springs Resort.
If you’re passing through, don’t miss this spot. Great coffee, great food, and even better people. 10/10 recommend!

This cute food truck was located right outside Cave Springs Resort where we stayed for 2 nights. I ordered drip coffee and burritos. I really enjoyed them both. The lady running the cart was very kind!

What a cute little coffee & breakfast stand. My husband and I shared a breakfast burrito. It was delicious! They press the burrito (eggs, cheese, sausage) in a panini press so it made the tortilla a bit crispy with grill marks. I had an iced latte, and she had almond or oat milk as options to cow milks. I chose almond. My husband had a regular black coffee. We enjoyed both. Not a fan of the chocolate chip muffin , but it did seem homemade. Maybe an off day. They also had a croissant sandwich we didn’t get to try this trip. So glad to happen upon this local shop. If you’re in the area give it a try!
