Chatted with the nicest man at the window and when he heard about Hanks first day of puppy school he encouraged us to treat him with a Pup Cup. Hank loved it. I’m new to the reviews but I ordered Coffee Ranch through DoorDash and this place has some awesome customer service and they were so nice to me. The food I ordered and the chocolate croissant was impeccable and they gained a new customer. I’ll be going to them in the future. I’m such a happy camper. “People who know me also know that I am a Starbucks geek. It is my 'happy place.' Well, this store is one of the happiest (& I don't even live in Chico). The atmosphere is fun & friendly; music was great; great service--especially by the only male barista there at the time (whose name I regret I didn't get) who greeted EVERYONE & made each customer feel special. It's good that the Howard Schultz 'Starbucks experience' is alive and well here. Thank you.“

“My friend and I enjoyed our delicious meal outside, weather was perfect. They were busy , thought there would be a wait. There was not, food was delivered, with a smile in a timely manner. Order was taken with a smile also, employees were very friendly. We had a absolutely delicious wrap, with teriyaki pork and too many other goodies to list. Avocado toast which is the tastiest we have ever had. Strawberry lemonade was incredible. Not overly sweet, or syrupy, great flavor. Nice size. Next time I will try a dessert. I highly recommend this establishment.“

Despite the small space and limited menu, the food and drinks hold up to the quality you'd find at the main location. You may have already driven past this place a few times, and especially if you work on this side of town, you should try it out.“

“First and foremost the lady working there was so sweet! Very easy to talk to as well. I got a classic cinnamon roll with oreo bits on it; it was fresh out of the oven and it was delicious! I always get an extra cup of frosting with it. I also got a "chillata", once again, absolutely loved that too. :)“
