La Pasadita is one of the best roadside food trucks I've had! The service was by far excellent. The young lady who took our order was very friendly and courteous. When it comes to fast food the people taking your orders couldn't be more dismissive with their attitudes. She treated my husband and I with much respect. Of course the atmosphere is in a dirt lot but once you step inside to place your order you're greeted immediately. I ordered the Shrimp Cocktail..DELICIOUS. It was served with a variety of condiments. Chili sauces,freshly cut radishes, cucumbers and shrimp that practically filled my glass. My husband ordered the Carne Asada Burrito. His comment was that he didn't realize how hungry he was because he finished the burrito in just a short time. He throughly enjoyed it. Definitely stop by just off Hwy 99 in Earlimart. Going back this morning to try the Menudo...I'm sure it will be DELICIOUS!!

This food is delicious. I ordered the Agua chile, shrimp cocktail, quesabirrias, Carne asada tacos everything was made fresh and it was so tasty. My family and I ate everything. We would stop here again
