I guess I really just need to get used to these new McDonald's with a kiosk and no people but it was a very cold and impersonal and like any McDonald's that's within reasonable distance of a highway the bathrooms were disgusting
My order got lost and took awhile to get to me, but the team, especially the cashier, got it fixed right away (which I appreciate because I was running late) and offered me a free item.
I have a little bit of bad luck where restaurants lose my order, so I appreciate that they showed concern and offered to make up for it because most places say a quick monotone sorry at most and take a long time to fix their mistake

It’s McDonald’s u can’t go wrong but what makes a difference is the customer service or the speed of the service and I aways stop on my way home the staff can be more happy like be grateful you have a job remember ur replaceable
