Sanchez Tacos in Earlimart is my one of my favorite spots! Every time I come here, the food is consistently amazing and the service is always great! They load up on the meat, way more than most places! Plus it's sooo good. Their al pastor tacos are hands-down the best I've ever had, perfectly balanced with sweetness and spice. If I'm craving great taco truck then Sanchez Tacos is the spot. No matter when I visit, the quality never drops. If I'm craving Mexican food, this is the only place I want to be! You definitely need to check it out for yourself. Prices for are not too bad my burrito was 11$ and they have amazing red and green salsa. They have made their mark in earlimart for a reason as I have been buying here for years when there was no patio or tables around just a truck on the side of the road! Wait time is about 15 mins even when they're quite busy, but you can see them consistently working thru their open window truck.

Best torta my fiance has ever had, they put fried cheese and avocado in it. Carne asada burrito flavors all on point. Not too much rice and beans. The red and green salsas were some of the best I've had, the red was actually spicy and the green was savory. Homemade tortillas too for tacos.
