I've been coming here for a while for a few specific things:
-Vietnamese Iced Coffee, it's consistently good. Never had a bad one from here. At 5$ it's a pretty good deal.
-Ham & Cheese Croissant is always solid too whether it's cold or warmed up. Again, never had a bad one from here. I believe it's about 4/4.50$.
-Their filled donuts (Bavarian & Raspberry) are so good too! $1.75 each if I recall correctly.
Service is always great too, I don't know the dudes name (I catch him working mornings), but he's always friendly and efficient at getting your order ready even when he's got a few people in the shop.

Came here cause I've always drive by it. Nice selection and tasty. Breakfast sandwich was definitely delicious!!! They have a good variety of breakfast sandwiches burritos and bagels. Reasonably priced too

Bad donuts , greasy and they sell milk tea but dont have boba sometimes, so what the point because milk tea needs boba
