Got there at 850pm , the 2 girls there didn’t even acknowledge that we were there. I got the cake and went to the register to pay. They both took their sweet time to charge me. The girl who charged me seemed like she didn’t want to be there or she doesn’t like her job. She charged and gave me the cake not even asking if I wanted a message or anything. When I told her to write on it she got bothered and the writing looks like a 5 year old did it. They close at 10 pm. So it’s not like I went 10-15 mins before they close.

I’ve been to this BR many times, and every time I have a good experience, the same employee has helped me every time. I wish she was wearing a name tag so I could shout her out. She has really great customer service, and she made our ice cream sundaes perfectly!! Thank you so much ?
