I've been coming here for years. No matter where I go this place is always the spot I come back to. The food is so authentic I can feel my grandmother from Mexico coming in the back. The service is always amazing, everyone there is so kind and welcoming makes the experience so much better. Besides the amazing service the FOOD is what stands alone from other taco places. Really great carnitas full of flavors won't regret. The servings are good amount, so if it's your first time don't order what you would order in a regular taco place. They have tortas, burritos, tacos, and other yummy items. Great costumer service very understanding staff and owners, it's a family owned business. Nice place free parking and good ambiance on the weekends. So head on over and grab yourself some tasty carnitas at this great spot.

The food is good but what's the point of the food being good if they could never get your order right. The service is bad., the owner is so rude. I get the treatment I give? Lmao you're a joke... I'm not a rude person for you to state that. Yes., after I told you guys this isnt the first time you guys mess up my order. And how the lady was like what you want us to do there's nothing you guys could do. We expect to get our order correct especially you guys not being busy. I would figure this would fall on a business that was super busy than it's understandable. You guys need to get your order and attitude right! Y'all could keep y'all food. I don't want shit for free. I pay for what I order not to pay for something I didn't order... that's the issue here. I feel entitled? Lmao how is that ? Because i don't feel entitled of anything but simply get my shit correct. This place is good and yummy for my tummy. This place makes carnitas with cueritos pretty bomb! I don't know what else they make. Oh get the green chili it's spicy and full of flavor. I'm was not fond of raw onion but put the raw onion in the tacos oh the down side I don't think they have a customer bathroom.

Food is super delicious. I come her often and buy lots of food for co workers and myself. But according to cashier, the owner doesn't not give out single tacos on plate. How am I suppose to pay 2.50 for a taco and eat it out of my hand. I spend at least $20 every time I come and all I ask for is plates for each co worker. She needs to stop being cheap with costumers.

These guys have the best carnitas I've ever had outside Mexican territory. You can choose from Carnitas revueltas, cuerito, trompa, costilla, the salsa they make onsite esta chingona. Simply the best spot for carnitas de puerco

I started eating their carnitas way back when they were just starting on Vernon and San Pedro Place. If you know...you know. They have some very tasty carnitas and their salsa bar is the best (SALSA DE MOLCAJETE!). I always buy my carnitas by the pound now, but their tacos are HUGE! These aren't your normal small-sized tacos, they come in a regular-sized corn tortilla. Always look forward to coming on weekends but definitely happy they open during the week now too.
Carnitas are so good here. In a random parking lot off Vernon you would think these tacos and tortaas filled woth yummy pork/carnitas would not be worth it... but it is! For 5$ i can get some awesome tacos!

Must say this is the best carnitas I have ever had in all of LA. Very hard to find carnitas of this quality period. Tacos were super juicy no matter what cut of carnitas you decide to go with. This place is indeed a hidden gem. Such a treat to be able to enjoy it without crazy lines of people.

I usually go to Carnitas El Momo but they're around every day, and the difference in taste is hardly none. They also offer other items so it's perfect for those who are craving for something other than tacos.
