Extremely Disappointing Experience
I ordered $85 worth of food through Uber Eats, and the burritos were completely wrong. I specifically asked for dark meat, but received minced white meat — and very little of it. The burritos were mostly beans and rice (even though I requested no beans), with barely any cheese and just a little lettuce. They even added jalapeños I didn’t ask for.
At nearly $20 per burrito, I would’ve been better off buying a whole chicken elsewhere. The food quality was poor, and the attention to detail was nonexistent. For that price, the meal should’ve been fresh, flavorful, and made as ordered.
Between the disappointing food and lack of care, I won’t be ordering from Juan Pollo again.

Great food but last 3 times I went, they got all 3 phone orders incorrect. Double check your order and what you ordered before you leave. I ended up paying more money each time.
