I went through the drive through last night at about 10:00 pm with my friends he and his girlfriend ordered a happy meal and two normal burgers combo meal for his then I ordered a Big Mac meal combo through the application. We pull to the window to get our food the guy gives us the main parts of the food but no drinks or fries and we ask him to give us the rest he insists that, that is the whole order so we have to show him the receipt to prove it’s not the whole thing so then he gives my friend a coke when he asked for a Diet Coke his girlfriend had asked for orange juice (not sure if they still serve it that late) but they just didn’t give her a drink. Then for my meal just the straight Big Mac after showing the receipt he gave me the right medium drink but gave me a small fry when it was supposed to be a medium fry. This guy and his coworkers were very distracted while working I don’t believe they should prioritize their conversation about video games over a customer it took like 10 or 15 minutes at the window because he was taking long to grab the rest of the order and talk to his coworker about how good he is in call of duty. 👎🏻

Their drive tru menu does not work and its been like that for a while not to say months. Customer service sucks at times they give attitude like if your having a bad day then dont go to work. Food is good its McDonalds however sometimes they forget things and make you wait which is ridiculous. Know what your going to order because they could mix it up, can they improve definitely. Can't give my dine in review because I dont dine in.

Good luck getting cream for your coffee at the drive-through window. Most incomptent McDonalds crew. They've been around yet their management can't get it right. Some of their customers are only passing through because of the Target right across and don't know about their terrible service. If you live near there you are better off driving a bit further to the one on Olympic.

I came on this date 12/5/2025 5:20PM.They need to train their employee's a little bit better on speaking a little bit louder, on a busy day, you couldn't hear the employee. All I came in here today was to ask if they could check the cameras for me to see if I walked out with My personal item and they told me to call the cops when I just want to know if they seen me walk out with it. The manager could have taken my number and called me later after the rush hour had finished. Do better Mcdonald's

If your curbside, good luck gettin your order within 10 minutes you literally have to go inside and get it yourself. Go to the one on pomona blvd and Atlantic, youre better off customer service is way better

Terrible costumer service. The drive thru workers 5 out of 10 times get my order wrong and take way too long. The price/quality of the food is not worth the hassle and annoyance to this specific location.
The only reason I am leaving is because of Araceli i had placed an order online and one in store the store one was done but my online order was still not I had asked twice and they said they were working on it but araceli made sure i got it right away. The counter was chaotic but her energy was still friendly and helping everyone. She is someone that deserves to be recognized She goes beyond to help

I ordered deluxe breakfast and didnt get no hash brown. I order a mcmuffin combo with coffee i got hash brown for that meal but no sugar or creme for coffee. Gotta do better.

I felt very very disrespected when me and my family went to dine in at McDonald’s. We didn’t feel welcome what so ever. We went at 9 knowing they close the lobby at 9:30. We wanted to eat and enjoy our meal. But instead we left very disappointed and Sad. We felt very rushed and pressured to leave when we haven’t even had our meal more than 10 minutes. It’s very unprofessional to kick out people when we are eating. My brother also has gotten up and wanted to order a burger but to dine in. Instead he was told no it has to be to go but in a very disrespectful way. We didn’t like the service whatsoever!! I’ll never go again to this places!!
