I'm writing this review after reading the one star reviews, ghastly horror stories, while I paying my first visit to this store. I ordered a coffee from the kiosks, coffee was ready at the counter in less than 5 minutes. Exactly what I ordered: decaf... so there was no anxiety attack. I sat in the dining area, clean tables, clean floors, barely any foot traffic in the store at 6am. There were a few transients inside having coffee to stay warm, as I was too, and they weren't...

This location is okay, but the play area seating is typically closed in the morning, and their other seating is always packed. Sometimes people just sitting there for hours, not even eating, just talking. You have to keep an eye out on what customer is leaving so you find where to sit. It is rare to go and there be seating.

Been to a couple of McDonald’s but this one wins with the horrible costumer service. Took so long to be asked for order and then took longer to get food. and employees being rude to costumers.
