Had the McRib, extra onions and pickles, 11:15am. Came out hot and fresh with a ton of onions. Small fries great balance of crispy outside, soft inside.

Clean restrooms with code lock, friendly service, new building. Kiosk-only orders.

Is this in the top 10% of US McDonald's? Good case for that.

I came into this location to have my autistic kid use the restroom because he couldn’t hold it. The team lead or cashier, I asked if my son can use the restroom because he couldn’t hold it in a polite manner. The lady then told me that someone was in the restroom since she just open it for someone. One restroom said vacant and the other was occupied. I proceeded to wait about 10 mins and I knocked on the door just to double check on the restroom that said vacant. I then went to the front to ask for her to check again but she ignored me. After another 5 mins passed the restroom that was occupied became available so we were able to go in while we were in the restroom. The lady that claimed that the restroom was “occupied” while the whole time it was vacant. She opens the restroom for someone else. While the whole time if she could’ve just made the courtesy to check if the restroom was indeed occupied then I would’ve understood on waiting but the fact of matter is that she didn’t check even after I told her it was vacant. If I had the option to put zero on service rating I would. In an industry were your biggest priority is to deliver great customer service, this very moment customer service was horrendous. I would not be going to that McDonald again and that persons that was helping me. She needs more training.

lol on there hours it says lobby is open untill 10pm but when i got here at 9:30 it was closed and they did not want to let me in they said drive thru only. they should really fix the hours on the website so people dont waste their time. or get better staff that isnt lazy and closes at the correct time

I went Drive thru , Order 1 Sandwich No Cheese and they put Cheese but took out the Egg , It was noted on my receipt Nooo Cheese, I should have checked my order before Driving away !!!
