This bread was not fresh at all, went and spent over 30 bucks on bread thinking this was a great bakery. Absolutely the opposite! I wouldn't recommend this place

Was craving pan dulce and we wanted to give this local mom/pop shop a try. So glad we did! I may not be a pan dulce enthusiast, but the bread/pastries were fresh, soft, delicious and that's all that matters. My favorite was the concha and they even have the smaller versions of pan dulce --- perfect for single/party servings. What was awesome was the value --- the prices vary but was relatively inexpensive (some small versions were ~3x/$1 while other larger pastries range up to $1-2). Service also very pleasant. Parking lot in front and typically not busy. Will definitely be back for any pan dulce cravings or if I ever need to go somewhere "not empty handed" ;)

Used to love going extra early when the racks of fresh bread arrived...I went the other day the bread seemed fresh from that day but by the next day the bolillo & conchas were hard

The conchas here! ?. They've ruined me for my local bakery. It was so perfectly made. Soft but still has firmess around the crust. It almost tasted like a donut in it's kind of crunchy crust to soft middle consistency. And cheaper to boot. I did go early early like 7am-ish on a weekend. They had green chile tamales, good too. They have tortas during the week.
The bread, staff, and prices are great! I don't buy pan dulce too often but this will be my go to when I do.. I recommend this bakery for sure!

Bread is very good, super fresh and the prices cant be beat. They have mini pan if you just want a little treat. They also have bollilo. Dont waste your time with El Gallo, this place is better.

Bread is excellent, very soft and fresh. They have the mini pan dulce and bollilo. The best part are the prices on everything. So affordable, I can come all the time! Very nice people working here also. Cash only.

The great thing about this bakery is that they have mini sizes of just about every type of bread. The little pigs are especially cool. ?
