BUT NOW THIS YOUTH JUST DONT HAVE THE REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. TONITE THIS YOUNG AFRICAN FEMALE IN THE DRIVE THROUGH DIDNT TAKE MY ORDER RIGHT DROPED MY CHANGE ON THE GROUND AND DOESNT KNOW HOW TO GREET A CUSTOMER ON TOP OF THAT SHE SOUNDED AS IF SHE HAD FOOD IN HER MOUTH WHILE TAKING MY ORDER. MANAGER TRAIN THIS YOUNGER YOUTH ALONG WITH THIS AFRICAN GIRL WHO TOOK MY WRONG ORDER ON TOP OF THAT WHATS UP WITH DOES LONG NAILS. LUCKY HER NAIL DIDNT END UP IN MY FOOD THAT WOULD OF BEEN BAD ON YOU GUYS .

I bought a soft taco supreme and nacho fries because I needed to use a bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting and void of toilet paper. When I got my food my soft taco wasn't supreme. I brought it back with digital receipt and they made a big issue looking for it on their order screen. I had the proof in hand. Then when they finally decided to fix it according to what I paid for, they didn't remake it. By the time they handled it the lettuce was wilted and cheese melted. One of my first jobs was at taco bell. I felt they did a poor job with customer service. Acted like it was a big deal and didn't just look at my receipt and fix it, and then when they finally agreed to they just added the missing ingredients on the no longer fresh item and never even apologized. This location has low standards.

Surprisingly the original crunchy tacos were actually good, crunchy and not stale like most of the time in most taco bell locations. Staff was good. Atmosphere is lacking but overall did what it was supposed and kept my hunger
Not the first time, I ask for black bean crunchwrap or chalupa and I they give me beef. How hard is it, it's not like it's not on the menu. Also went to try their vegan cheese and fries, and they gave me regular cheese ? the food is trash anyways so I won't be going

The drive through is really compacted. You won't get served especially when the person taking your order through the speaker tells you to wait when literally there's no one in front of you. Any other place is better than this Taco Bell.

Service is lousy. The server had an attitude. One of the two restrooms was available and it was filthy like it was never cleaned EVER. There was no soap and no toilet seat paper. How do they expect customers to count on a healthy clean food? Not THIS location. I turned away and will never go back there!!
