Tacos a Cabron #1

Some of the best tacos in East LA. I always get the tacos al pastor and the order of ribs. Be sure to ask for all the topping, cilantro, onion, green and red salsa.

This location food was not that good, Yes it’s Tijuana style but extremely salty salsas or something everything was salty. Skip the quesadillas too. I’ve been all over Cali, MX city, Juarez, Texas. People are hyping this food up.

There are so many street tacos to choose from, and this one is a must-try! It’s so good!!!

Their cabeza tacos are NOT actual Cabeza meat, whatever mean they use for their “Cabeza” tacos are the most bland meat I’ve ever had. Their green salsa is the definition of ALL spice and NO flavor. This is the WORST tacos I’ve ever had. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Overpriced and Overrated

tortillas are handmade and don't go with the meats at all. they don't allow you to choose regular tortillas, they just charge you extra for "artisanal" handmade food

meat tastes chewy and undercooked. chicken and pork come with a lot of extra fat. they buy the cheapest cuts from butchers

Al pastor can sometimes be raw and sauces are not good/don't go well with the meat. on Tues/Thurs they use beef for the Al Pastor instead of pork because the meat is cheaper and those are the slowest days

definitely all show, no substance. all fat, no meat, so to speak. bad quality mexican food, Jason's Tacos on Bradshaw/Whittier BLVD has better Al Pastor and Chicken and serves faster. sauces pair well with all meats

WOW these are good tacos. I know I haven't tried them all, but these are the best tacos in LA. The fresh tortillas, the perfectly seasoned meats, and the bright colorful sauces can't be beat

The moment I land in LA from London my first stop is here. The food here is just top tier! The line is long but it goes by very quickly and worth it.

Legit street tacos in East LA. The sidewalk has a full assembly line with al pastor on a trompo, chorizo, carne asada and costillas on the grill, big molcajete bowls full of salsa, masa being pressed and roasted into fresh tortillas. Anytime we’re down south, we stop by to get some tacos and costillas. The line can get pretty long sometimes but it’s a fun vibe with the music blaring from a portable speaker and the fire and smoke swirling around the meats.

Terrible service, first and last time, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM
-flavorless
-RAW meat (ribs especially)
-flavorless sauce (NOT spicy)
-lots of tortilla, little meat
-guacamole tastes quite lemony
-There are a lot of people waiting in line so be patient.
But to taste the colors it was just my experience.

GREAT tacos - great meat options. I love the ribs. I love the salsas but they do need a spicier option, like habanero but it's definitely not a dealbreaker.

Tortillas are handmade - delicious.

They do have a long line but that's a good sign. They have a sitting area which is pretty cool. Friendly staff & overall I think they are the best in East LA!
