For 2 months I had been eating cemitas. I really liked the bread, it was fresh and so was the cheese, but today, May 23, I came back and I was disappointed with the hard bread and the Milanese as hard as old meat, and the cheese seemed like it had been dry for days, so bad I won't be coming back.

Tacos y Cemitas is a food truck. This one is in East LA near a Uhaul. It is always at the same place so you will see the big red truck. There is a little seating outside, but for the most part you take your food back to your car or a park or home.
The service is really great. I don't read Spanish well and some of the words confuse me. They are so nice and they always help us. The area is kept really clean and it is just a fun atmosphere.
The food is great. They have all types of Mexican food, from tacos to burritos. They also have burgers that are super and I love their fish tacos.
This is just a fun spot to stop.

Recommended dishes: Cemita De Milanesa Con Quesillo
Just spent $15 on a torta & Dasani water bottle . I figure ok price is high must be GOOD food , the exact opposite. Not worth the price or time . Food wasn’t seasoned, I asked for lime they say there is some in bag , but was half a lime smh .

Restaurantji Recommends
Took a big chance on this place even though ordering was a bit difficult overall I would come back and I'd recommend it to someone who's looking for a quick bite. It wouldn't be my go to but definitely good authentic feel to it. I ordered a picadita w cecina and it was very nicely portioned! And meat was cooked nicely as well..the green salsa was delicious as well.

Dirty place.
Excellent lunch boxes where you can find meals or snacks from the Puebla region and some places closer to CDMX as well as the classic ? taquitos such as guaraches and zopes and some more varietiesI recommend it to you but especially its Ashes.

Bad service, I waited more than 30 minutes, I ordered the order by phone and they never made it, I do not recommend it.
The older woman taking orders is incredibly rude, she’d rather be on her phone then take care of customers, had to repeat myself 3 times until she stopped ignoring me and answered my question. I was really excited to try the food but was only left with a bad taste in my mouth. Also they only except cash or Zelle.
