It’s 11am and they have no medium or dark roast drip coffee to sell me. No coffee at coffee bean.

I usually prefer Coffee Bean over Starbucks because I like their tea lattes more, but unfortunately my last visit was terrible. Ordered the large iced chai tea latte and it was watered down, not sweet. Very disappointing.

One of my favorite coffee places ever!! When I was stationed in Korea and Las Vegas....they had The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. I was super excited to find this while visiting Sacramento.

For one of the smaller coffee bean shops, that's one of the reasons why I order through the app. It does really great with service. Staff is always friendly, and drinks are made perfectly.

Employee who was behind the register was not welcoming at all and was giving me attitude during the entire interaction. When I would ask a question, she wouldn't respond or just looked annoyed. I got a pumpkin donut and she didn't even offer to warm it up for me. Once I received my drinks, she was just standing there staring at me judgmentally. I work at a different Coffee Bean and would never treat my customers the way she did with me.

Of course I had to come here to try their new boba drink item. The hardest, chewiest boba I have ever tried. Pretty sure the boba was NOT fresh. It was like chewing on old gummy bear. Hard pass. The Ceylon milk tea was average.
