1st time visiting and I wish this place could be on my general route because I rarely receive good service from a coffee shop nowadays. The lady who took my order was nice and thoughtful! The shop is clean!!I decided to buy a bag of coffee with me after ordering my daily cup of Joe. Not realizing this lady bagged it (to seal in the aroma after grinding) until I'm home!!!Always love CBTL but this place is definitely one of the best!

First off, this Coffee Bean is very clean. Service is quick and fast, even when there were two other workers in the store. They were friendly and made the drinks promptly. This has to be one of my favorite Coffee Bean locations, not only because it is close to work, but the service is consistent here. There are plenty of places to work and spaced evenly so it doesn't feel like you are working over or next to someone getting too close to your space. Plus there is ample seating areas outside in good weather. Shelves are well stocked and maintained. The store music is not bad either. If you are in East LA, come by this Coffee Bean. You won't be disappointed.

The taste was good, the temperature was right and overall it was a descent latte.I’d definitely come back again and try their other menu items. To be honest with you I prefer coffee bean over Starbucks, personal preference. Too bad they don't have one of my favorite drinks anymore, who knows maybe it will be back their Blueberry- pomegranate iced or hot drink was just so delicious. But I do love their teas as much. Service is always good and friendly. Atmosphere is nice, light and always smells delicious. I actually converted quiet few friends and family to coffee bean side well, they are good

I have been here a few times to do work and it's a good place to sit for a while using your computer. The drinks are good! And the service is always friendly and welcoming. Ask them about a coffee or digestion and they're nice about it, they answer your questions.

This is a specific shout out to Miguel! The first time he was my cashier, I was impressed by his enthusiasm but also calm demeanor. Last night he took our order and we were a large but also indecisive group. Super patient, not any sign of annoyance. I felt that I really had to shout him out because his customer service is refreshing. I hope he keeps up the good work and management recognizes him for it. This good attitude can go a long way
