Delicious food and outstanding service from beginning to end. Loved the hot cocoa and toasting the marshmallows at the end! We were not rushed at all and enjoyed the whole time in there! Definitely the best Apres Village my wife and I have had and we typically come very December!

The ambience, decor, food, and service was superb and much more than I expected. Friends and family are in awe of our pix and videos from that night. Well done. And our server Kamal (sp?) took fantastic care of us and was so attentive. We appreciate the complimentary hot cocoa and extra fire pits just outside. The snow was a fun unique touch for the season. Thank you for providing a fun cool place and activity for us to spend our Friendsmas this year!

I want to start by acknowledging that the manager did try to make things right by comping our drinks and the $150 fee for the gingerbread house dining experience. That said, for $99 per person plus a $150 apres-ski experience fee, I expected a much higher level of service. Unfortunately, the service fell short in several ways. Our waiter disappeared for over 20 minutes at one point, forgot my cocktail while my boyfriend received his, and brought our food without plates. While the fondue itself was great, it began to burn and we were given no guidance on how to safely stop the flame. Overall, it felt like a “two-season” experience. The ambiance was lovely and clearly well thought out, but at this price point, the service needs to match the setting. Unfortunately, it didn't.

We had a wonderful time celebrating here. The chalets are so cute, and the service was top-notch. We will definitely be coming back next year.

The experience and atmosphere was great, service was great, food was ok, overall price to pay for the chalet rental and food not worth the cost.

Biggest complaint is getting you to leave your chalet to get hot chocolate and the village is full of young children running around like it was a playground. At this price point I expected more magic.

Very disappointing. No heaters. Absolutely freeing. Nothing like what the description says or what the pictures display.

We had such a wonderful experience at Après Village! Our server was attentive, friendly, and made the evening feel special. We ordered the squash burrata, Insalata Tricolore, wagyu beef sliders, and the seafood pie. Everything was delicious — and don't sleep on the salad, it was one of my favorites. My husband loved the sliders (I only eat fish), and he said they were fantastic. For dessert, we enjoyed the s'mores and the lava cake, both of which were perfect endings to the meal. The drinks were tasty as well. After dinner, we walked around the little village area, grabbed hot chocolate, and sat by the fire. It was such a cozy, delightful evening. Highly recommend!

The whole place felt like a cozy winter escape — warm chalet vibes, twinkling lights, festive décor, lovely music, tasty food and that magical holiday feeling everywhere. A perfect way to enjoy the season and unwind for the evening.

Zero warmth, zero service When you book with Four Seasons, you are paying for the peace of mind that every detail has been considered. The Après Village experience was the exact opposite of that promise. The Atmosphere: We paid a $150 premium for a mini chalet, expecting a cozy winter sanctuary. Instead, we sat in the freezing cold. Aside from a small fire pit, there was no heating provided which is an absurd oversight for a luxury winter experience. The Service: The service was virtually non-existent. Staff were absent for long periods, brought food without silverware, and messed up our orders twice. There was a palpable lack of training, compounded by a communication barrier that made basic interactions frustrating. The staff members could not speak basic English. The Food: The culinary execution was disheartening. Most dishes arrived cold, and the quality was indistinguishable from standard theme park food and completely devoid of the creativity or quality expected at this price point ($650 for 4). This experience felt careless and visibly lacked the pride and effort that usually defines this brand.

This place really was magical, but it's definitely the kind of spot you go to when you've got extra money to spend. Instagram makes it look like there's a lot more happening, but in reality it's an outdoor patio decorated for Christmas. It's $250 for two people with no drinks except an iced tea, cocktails are an additional $30 each, and if you don't want a regular table and prefer your own chalet, that's another $150. It's beautiful, and the food was fresh, delicious and excellent because it comes from local farms. But if you're watching your budget and want your money to stretch further, there are probably plenty of winter-themed restaurants that offer a similar vibe at a much friendlier price. We're older now and blessed to have more than enough, so it was a nice experience for us.

Ok experience. I t was not busy at all. I could see possibly the venue would be more fun if it was a little busy (that's if people watching is your thing). The service was excellent! Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. Food was mediocre. There was nothing we ate that I thought was worth the cost or would bring me back again. The best food item was of course the least expensive... the s'mores. The drinks were good but very small pours for the cost. The “rental” cost of the chalet was ridiculous. All in all, was not worth a $600 bill for two people. Experience checked off the list. Not worth the money.

Let me start off by saying what a wonderful experience we had at Apres Village. Our server was attentive and delightful. We selected the chicken pasta, mushroom & artichoke pizza, and wagyu beef sliders. All of our dishes were good. For dessert we enjoyed the s'mores, apple tart, and lava cake.

Atmosphere: 5

Food: 5

Service: 5

Complete joke. Didn't get a fire place and the prix fix for each person is a joke. Small cheese pizza, 3 sliders, small charcuterie plate and fondue with potatoes and stale bread for 235 pre tax or tip. Plus the $150 rental fee. Thanks for keeping me on a diet. Go up to the 4 seasons Napa if you want a better experience
