I had a tea experience here with great service and, for the most part, good food. The pumpernickel bread was extremely dry, and the hash browns were hard and slightly dry as well, but everything else was enjoyable. We added the champagne option, and I chose a glass of Dom Pérignon, which was $75 for a single glass. Bottled water is an additional $10. We had a wonderful experience with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere. Special thanks to the staff who remembered us—it truly made us feel welcome. The food was outstanding, especially the savory dishes; the lobster sandwich was exceptional. The desserts were also very thoughtfully prepared. In particular, the balance between the scone and the clotted cream was perfect. We would absolutely love to visit again.
Service was wonderful — warm, friendly, and attentive. The tea selection was unique, and I loved being able to see the teas displayed at the tea bar and watch the servers prepare the sachets.
