I come here atleast once a week, Connor always takes my order and makes my pizzas, he never fails to do an amazing job. The pizzas are always amazing, he’s got some magic in those hands for sure.

I come pretty frequently to this blaze, but I stopped going nearly a month ago for a health issue.
I ordered pizza for me and my family… we all got personal pies. I cannot have gluten, so blaze is out go to as they have gluten free. We pick up our order like normal, get home and get ready to eat. As I open my box, I see that there is a hair baked into the pizza. And my crust was cold/gummy as if it wasn’t fully cooked. I had to throw away my pizza because of how disgusted I was & scared of getting sick from semi raw dough. I normally get my pizzas well done, so this was way different.
I contacted blaze customer service to have some one reach out, so I can explain the lack of cleanliness and preparation training. My pizza should not be underdone and definitely not have hair baked into it. It’s been almost a month and no one from the store has made the effort to reach out or apologize.
I am disappointed with the efforts this establishment has made.

I’m not one to write a review but something had to be said. I was extremely disappointed and actually wanted to cancel my order and go somewhere else. I came in with my family on Mother’s Day for dinner. We came 20 mins before a dinner rush so there was no reason to act the way they did. There’s was about 6 guys working they made me feel dumb and unwelcome. First asked for gluten free for my daughter who has an allergy and they seemed annoyed. While they were putting my cheese he barleys put any I politely asked if he add a little more because it was mostly sauce he seemed upset. They looked as if they didn’t want to be there and the rude to one another. They also forgot my 2 salads and took forever to bring it out the guy instead of getting it was just yelling at another guy to get it. I told the kid thank you and he ignored me and walked away.Then they were out of forks, so my daughter asked for a fork instead of refilling them he gets two out from under the counter gives her one and puts one in the container. None of the tables looked like they had been wiped down either it was really dirty. The pizza was on point like always but the service was terrible it doesn’t make you want to go back. Please talk to them or train them better on customer service. This will ruin a good place to eat.

I was really shocked at how well The pizza was cooked. I just moved here from Indiana and The blaze over there was cooked pretty great. I didn’t notice any difference, but when I came here, I was shocked that the pizza was cooked so MUCH better. I’m grateful to have this Blaze in Eastvale over here and the amazing staff helped me out that night Connor, Jack, Corey, and David.
We ordered a vegan pizza, bread, smores and cinnamon bread. It was phenomenal!
We came in on the night of the 15, December 2024!

this place NEVER gets it right. literally ever. how do you always mess up a custom pizza?!! past couple of times we’ve been here, the dough is basically still raw in the center. ordered 2 pizzas, one high rise and one classic. asked for classic to be well done. it’s undercooked. asked for high rise to be cooked normal… it’s so “well done” that is practically burnt. how do you swap the customization AND still mess up the done-ness. not to mention the girl touching her face and mouth with barehands & not washing before touching anything else.
My sons and I had to eat our pizzas cold tonight from Blaze! Our delivery driver missed picking up half our order, so I drove to pick it up. I was hoping they would consider making us new pizzas but the manager couldn't even bother to come talk to me!

Ima tell it to you like this: people just come to work and leave work, not everyone has a passion for their job. Not everyone IS YOU.
Now what I do because I’m very particular and specific about my pizza order is:
Tell them what I want very very specifically. Example: Put 15 pepperonis in the left side. Grad 2 handful of spinach, one at a time and place it on the right side. Raise your arm above your head as you sprinkle the salt and oregano in a circle motion.
Don’t be ashamed 😆 this is your pizza you pay with your money honey. Hope this helps.

The young man was very rude, I asked for 5 topping total, I asked him 3 times to add more toppings and cheese, he would add 2 or 3 pieces of each. He told me he cant and anymore and said he will get the manager ,and kept shaking his head, -couldnt believe this. Been here many times before, first time with this guy. You can still see the dough with barely any cheese and topping. He does not care about his customers. Get rid of this dude. The young girl in the afternoon is always nice.
