They don’t clean there oven more often they gave us refund what we ordered because I gave them pizza back but still need some more work on management

The pizza was great, no complaints about the food. But the staff really brought down the experience. They talked so low I could barely hear them, and they gave off this vibe like they hated their jobs and didn’t want to be there. It made ordering kind of awkward. Blaze has good pizza, but the energy from the team really needs improvement.

Ordered the gluten free crust, since I am gluten intolerant. The crust was gooey... I had never eaten Blaze Pizza before so I didn't know what to expect. I've been sick for 3 days now since eating it. Avoid this place if you can't have gluten :(

Placed a family meal, once I picked it up I went to grab the boxes of pizza off the counter the “Manager” Jack not sure if that’s his name. He reached for the boxes not allowing me to get my pizzas because he was waiting for the salad to come out. I simply wanted to check my pizzas, after that it made me think something was wrong with my pizza. It was! When he grabbed my salad from another employee, he was even being rude to her, he put my salad on top of my pizza as I’m reaching out for him to hand it to me he turns and places then on the rack. He was being petty at this point for no reason. I check my pizza, I’m missing toppings and very little of other toppings was given. He was rude right off the bat, I asked about the olive oil drizzle he point to the grease of the pizza stating that’s the olive drizzle. Clearly you know when there’s olive oil ON the pizza there was non. He simply could have put some on. Asked if he can remake them, he was upset and told another employee to remake them as she starts he tells her to cancel the pizzas and tells me to leave and he will give me a refund. He must have had a bad day, that still doesn’t excuse the treatment I received especially since he says he’s a “Manager”. Even a customer came up to me stating I was calm the whole encounter. That she would have went off on him. That’s coming from a customer who witness the whole encounter. Jack ( if that’s even his name) was very rude when the problem could have been fixed easily. I’ll take my business to a different blaze! After the whole encounter we had to eat our pizzas cold after spending almost $50. Took place between 5:15pm-6pm 8.27.25

Good work maintaining the food and service quality while the store was easy.
The pizza oven guy had to keep an eye on all the orders in the oven, add toppings on the out of oven orders, AND serve both to-go and dine in orders, without making any food overcooked. Impressive!

Great food but they put a little bit of topping in your pizza, I even requested extra onion and they just put a few slices.
For a $13 pizza I was not expecting 8 small pieces of chicken and so little onion/jalapeño.
If that was a mistake is fin but if that is the way they serve all pizzas, it isn’t worth it.

This specific Blaze in Eastvale is dirty. When you look over to the kitchen, it's a mess and very dirty, as well as the food selection and the glass. It seems every time I come into this place it's always dirty. They are also very tight and stingy with the ingredients as they put very little into your selection. And if you ask for extras, you will get very little. Unfortunately, MODS and Pieology have closed down and Blaze Pizza is left. There's also Domino's, Little Caesars, and Slice House for other options. Maybe the Department of Environmental Health should take a look and lower its grade.

Terrible seating. Bad service. Often burnt pizza. Tonight I stood in line 10 minutes while nobody acknowledged me. Out the four people ahead of me, two of them just left. Then two people behind me left. Then one of the girls making pizzas left. No manager in sight. Manager and ownership obviously suck. This is not uncommon in my experiences at this location.

I come here atleast once a week, Connor always takes my order and makes my pizzas, he never fails to do an amazing job. The pizzas are always amazing, he’s got some magic in those hands for sure.

I come pretty frequently to this blaze, but I stopped going nearly a month ago for a health issue.
I ordered pizza for me and my family… we all got personal pies. I cannot have gluten, so blaze is out go to as they have gluten free.
We pick up our order like normal, get home and get ready to eat. As I open my box, I see that there is a hair baked into the pizza. And my crust was cold/gummy as if it wasn’t fully cooked. I had to throw away my pizza because of how disgusted I was & scared of getting sick from semi raw dough. I normally get my pizzas well done, so this was way different.
I contacted blaze customer service to have some one reach out, so I can explain the lack of cleanliness and preparation training. My pizza should not be underdone and definitely not have hair baked into it. It’s been almost a month and no one from the store has made the effort to reach out or apologize.
I am disappointed with the efforts this establishment has made.
