i just want to say, this chipotle sucks balls ! i went earlier and i was so disappointed. the chicken looked sorry, the taco shell stabbed me in the mouth and overall, i was shocked when they gave me this sorry ahh orange in the kids meal instead of my chips because they had “ran out” when i saw the orange i thought to myself, this might be a joke ! ridiculous. never coming here ever again. lost a customer.

Terrible chipotle! I had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The manager whose name is Adriana refused me fresh lettuce I told her the lettuce was black and she said it was fresh with very strong bad attitude. Of course her mediocre customer service was very obvious. I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Overall, the lack of professionalism and courtesy made the experience frustrating and unpleasant. I won't be returning, and I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future customers who will ask for fresh lettuce.

My wife went to order a chicken bowl and ask the server to change the lettuce because that one looks no fresh , manager Refuse it and kick my wife out of the store for no reason , the manager name is Adriana . She laugh at my wife request and also refused to give her name !

Not clean! All the tables (including work counter)had food on them ,dried drippings from food. Making it obvious it's been there a while. Food was not refreshed in bins , queso has a heavy layer of film on it, indicating exposure. The steak was cold . Bathroom? No toilet paper or soap to wash hands, right next to the sign stating,"Employees must wash hands before returning to work!" The server was nice enough. But this management could get this place shut down . Every indication of health risk. Didn't feel good now after eating this, but I was hungry. Should have not eaten here. Checked the bathroom after, normally I'll check before I eat anywhere. My mistake

I don’t know why they keep open until 11pm if they are goin to be out of most of their items. No steak, no brisket, no corn, no guacamole, no sour cream, no cheese. If i make a decision to drive to a location that supposed to be open, at least have 60% of the item available.

Also, I said, "NO BEANS!" Guess what!? They gave me extra beans! I'll never visit this location again. Did I mention my food looked and tasted old?! Nothing fresh about my order. Nothing! (I got the Chipotle bowl)
