The staff is friendly and provides fast, attentive service, with servers like Lisa and the manager Maria offering hospitality that exceeds expectations. Customers often find the service to be top-notch, with friendly hostesses and personable bartenders. The bartender Jen is noted for her accuracy and personable approach. Guests appreciate the good service and enjoy the happy hour. Some experiences highlighted the quality of beer served cold in a proper glass, and even on busy days, the staff manages to deliver good food and attentive service.
