Friendly atmosphere. Clean , good healthy choices.
They put very little meat. I bought two bowls of steak and the service lady put very little meat one of the bowls and she said because she put more meat at the other bowl which is not even one scoop. Then she sarcastically said, “ do you want me to move some of the meat to put it on the other bowl?” I said its okay and I just shooled my head and laugh. The staff were great, all of them super nice. However, the meat portions were pitiful, and the rice was overcooked mush. The chicken was oversalted with chewy pieces, and the same issue was found with the steak, with some pieces still bleeding. The food was just bad, real bad. Customers spent $25 on a bowl and a kids meal, only to have it go straight in the trash. One customer mentioned they would not return unless it was free, while another said they continue to pay to eat there as it is the only one in town, but the food is terrible.
The restaurant also appeared dirty, with food all over the area between the bins and stale chips that tasted like the $2 tortilla chips from the grocery store. Despite the busy time, the take-out experience was not hindered.
