Customer service was terrible. They cared nothing for what they were doing. They were not listening to your order. Customers had to repeat themselves over and over b/c they were not in the present. It's not rocked science. Just be professional Chipotle.

Horrible customer service and rude staffI love chipotle but this location is always such a disappointment. Regardless of which day or time in the week I go, the staff has never been welcoming. The food quality is below average. The portion size for the elements is bowls is all over the place, they dump a lot of rice and not enough protein. They are sooo stingy with their guacamole, I am paying $2.80 extra for guac which is not even a spoon ful. The onion/bellpeppers are beyond burnt and feels like I am eating burnt charcoal.I really hope the owners pay closer attention to staff and operations and improve the experience that Chipotle should be.

Worst chipotle I have ever visited. Surprised to see half of the already less ingredients in the shop, not clean, worst customer service. No corn no veggies but the price is same. Waste of money and time for me. As a regular customer of chipotle I have to find an alternative to it as we moved recently to Eastvale. I don’t see that place is going to be any better.

Your prepare is rude. May have not graduated from elementary. Had to repeat my order 3 times at every step. I asked for 2barrbaco burritos, and added a bowl after.He made 1 of each, and was bent out of shape because I asked for another burrito.Gave the cashier the wrong order.He only had white rice, and asked which rice I wanted. I said brown and he said oh we are out, which is dumb since your store closes at 11 pm. As we where paying the brown rice came out.My son even saw him making gesture at my expense. I like your store, but with these services I am just go to a go to another place with better customer service.

This is by far one of the cheapest chipotle. I count 7 pieces of steak and cheicken u can hardly see in the bowl.

This location has gone downhill! And it's sad to see. I came in this evening around 7:00 pm, and they were out of chicken. Apparently, the customer ahead of me had also been waiting while they cooked up more chicken. I would think that someone would notice that the supply was low andbegan preparing more. Especially since the restaurant is scheduled to be open until 11:00pm - another 4 hours!!I finally got my food and noticed that the food prep area was messy (my photo was too blurry to post). Unfortunately, right in front of the register was a large puddle of water. Apparently, the employees did notfeel the need to clean up the water/safety hazard, but they did place a yellow hazard sign at one end of the puddle.There was another large water puddle (with a yellow sign) in front of the soda machine. Two large water puddles should definitely be a safety concern that needs to be addressed immediately.Two of the four lemonade/ Agua Fresca dispensers were completely empty, and the remaining two were almost out as well. I guess these specialty drinks aren't refilled very often.While getting napkins from the dispenser and I noticed that the napkins are from the BeaverTails (Queues de Castor) restaurant (based in CANADA)! l'm not sure why the napkin dispenser would be filled with napkins from another restaurant, but sadly, a lot appears to be wrong with this location.Hopefully, it will turn around sooner than later. I wouldn't recommend this location at this point.

The last few times I've been here at night the staff is rude or gets the order incorrect. Is it too much to ask for the salsa I ordered and that the staff forgot? Come on chipotle, work on your staffs mannerisms a bit. They suck.
