Ice cream is amazing and service is impeccable. Thank you for your great customer service. Hard to come by now a days. My children love the ice cream and service better than baskin robins.

Bought three waffle bowls all were burned. Smelled bad. A waste of 6 bucks. The ice cream itself was just okay.

Owner is scamming customers.

Me and my girlfriend bought a couple ice cream tacos. They were small and tasted like freezer burn.

We went to a different location and the tacos were twice the size, had way more chocolate, and tasted great. Oh and for only a dollar more than this location.

The owner should be ashamed of themselves. They’re clearly trying to cheap out and save money at the customers expense.

Never go to this location.

While the ice cream is wonderful, the inability to call for hours (easter) or place an order for pickup is horrible

We came after dinner to try their ice cream after not having cold stone after 2 or more years. I did not know that their waffle cones only took two flavors and you choose the size of the ice cream balls depending on the like, love or have it sizes. I recommend a lot of lovin' and no oven or something it was really good and the workers are nice.

A welcoming atmosphere for a yummy treat. Well maintained and a very patient and empathetic staff.

This location often has long lines and seems understaffed, but the workers are patient and seem to be doing the best they can.

I got the coffee lover signature creation and it was some of the best ice cream I've had. My other guests all got the minion special, which looked great, but the kids didn't seem impressed. I'm posting photos, but they were taken after we were already eating, and they don't look as good as they do as soon as they are served. These are all the "Love it" size.

You can eat your ice cream on the nice patio of the shopping plaza outside.

I got a like-it cup with gummy bears. There were 5 gummies inside. The portion size was insane considering how much it costs for an ice cream. The staff was rude and acted as if they didn’t want to be there. I will be going to Handles down the street from now on.

Poor management. Visited the store on Sunday 4/21/24 at 3:30 pm and left after being in line for 15 minutes. There were still customers in front of me.There were only 2 employees.

We decided to give Cold Stone Creamery a second chance after it was more than five years since the last time we ate it. We tried the Jello Banana Pudding ice cream with waffles, fresh banana pieces, whipped cream and Nilla wafer cookies and...Oh my god... It's so magnificent even though I'm not a fan of banana pudding! It's worth the price! We'll be coming back to another location in Corona!

Hispanic dude working 8 o clock shift very rude and lazy. Not wearing a name tag. Saw a huge line and hid in the back. Left the other guy doing the work. Came back out and was being rude and sarcastic. Pretended to clean. Finally decided to prep some ice cream. The other guy on the shift was very nice and pleasant and working hard.
