Attn Management: My review isn't about the ice cream but rather about the staff/upkeep. My husband and I went in today for the first time ever. We didn't know they opened at 2pm so we thought maybe it was shut down. Luckily, as we were walking away, an employee came and opened (and we realized they opened at 2pm). However, it was 1:56 pm. The ice cream creations are too cute to eat and too good to pass. The unicorn ice cream is the star among the drinks, came with a rainbow cotton candy.We've been trying to get some of our fix the last 3 days but I always forget they open at 5:00pm and closes at 9:00pm. This is a unique of its kind ice cream store being different than any other ones we have seen. The whole process with nitrogen was very different and interesting for my kids.We loved the flavors and texture!I am very sure my children will ask for this place again.The process takes some time which is not up to current swipe up and swipe down standards.Go here a bit earlier, we went there at about 4pm there was no line, had a good service, only took 5mins
