This is a unique of its kind ice cream store being different than any other ones we have seen. The whole process with nitrogen was very different and interesting for my kids.We loved the flavors and texture!I am very sure my children will ask for this place again.The process takes some time which is not up to current swipe up and swipe down standards.Go here a bit earlier, we went there at about 4pm there was no line, had a good service, only took 5mins

I came in during their business hours, and no one's there. Doors are locked. I'm not sure if they're still in business or permanently closed. It seems like whenever I stop by, they are always closed.

The ice cream is delicious, but very expensive. Service is so so, seems only 1 person working when we went. Didn't look dirty like others commented.

Used to be so good but this place has REALLY gone downhill. ITS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST.Here are some things that easily come to mind. -Apple pay not working-Understaffed on busy summer nights... 2 people Fridays & Saturdays. The wait is expected but the staff seem miserable. And they really just seem clueless. Like they are trying but haven't had any training. Which is a management issue.- They made incorrect orders for the ppl in front of us and then gave us the wrong order as well. We ordered unicorn and got the animal circus one... luckily my daughter didn't care. Then gave us a small on our other ice cream when we paid for large. When I told the person she told me they rang it in wrong so I would need to pay an additional $9.50 and buy another large... . Why would I pay $17 for a $9.50 ice cream!!?? So they plopped the old ice cream back in the mixer and added the "additional" ice cream and the portion was just SAD pic below.Usually the Large has a Filled cup which ma asked Creamistry worth it. Not anymore. This was half full. But I was so over it we just left.I am looking forward to supporting other businesses besides this one. And will still be able to get our Creamistry fix at other locations.I know franchises have a hard time, but they also need to deserve our business and this place just doesn't. It's actually bad for Eastvale because it's just another lackluster business doing a half-a$$ job and it's a bummer.

Attn Management: My review isn't about the ice cream but rather about the staff/upkeep. My husband and I went in today for the first time ever. We didn't know they opened at 2pm so we thought maybe it was shut down. Luckily, as we were walking away, an employee came and opened (and we realized they opened at 2pm). However, it was 1:56 pm. We didn't know how ready it would be for us to come in since it was practically 2 pm and the young lady had just arrived so we waited a couple min to allow her to set up. We noticed though that as soon as she opened and went in, she picked up trash from a table from the day before and when we finally went in the tables were dirty and not wiped down from the day before and the floors were not swept or mopped either. When we were ordering, there was a tech issue with the register and management was called for help. The employee told the manager there was a previous order still open (again prob the night before) and she could not proceed to a new order. Basically, the point is, the employees are quite irresponsible, slack, cut corners, rush out and rush in last minute. I sure hope that's not happening while they make the ice cream. Luckily for us, our ice creams were tasty but I'm not sure I'd come in again if the place is always this disorderly. Such a shame because I think the concept of the ice cream making process is neat to see, but the whole thing since we got there was just a sad experience for a place with potential.

Ice cream is good but this place generally is really dirty. See photos, they don't mop, clean the prep areas, eating areas or shelving.No restroom access either.

The ice cream creations are too cute to eat and too good to pass. The unicorn ice cream is the star among the drinks, came with a rainbow cotton candy.We've been trying to get some of our fix the last 3 days but I always forget they open at 5:00pm and closes at 9:00pm. It's always fascinating for the kids to see the fog while they make their ice cream!Nice and friendly staff, no issues observed inside the location at the time of our visit, the place was clean and we received our orders within a reasonable time.

Visited on a Sunday night…was never told there would be a long wait. We waited for over 50 minutes for 2 ice creams. When I asked one of the employees how much longer until my order was ready and let him know I’d waited for over 50 minutes, rather than apologize he said “yeah, we’re busy.” People underestimate the power of basic customer service or common courtesy.When we FINALLY got our ice cream they were two completely different portions. Literally by half. When I asked why there was such a difference I was told “sometimes some flavors aredense.” Such a waste of time and money.

Not a very good business model took 30 min to get two ice creams. I appreciate the effort in trying to be unique but the poor workers can’t keep up with the demand and it’s in large part due to their process.

Great service, and I just love the smoothness of nitrogen frozen ice cream! Captains breakfast combined some of my favorite ice cream flavors: Cap'n Crunch, Nutella, bananas, and strawberries.
