THIS PLACE IS NASTY!! THE RIBS WERE HORRIBLE, COLD AND UNSEASONED! THEY FORGOT MY CHILI....STOP HIRING GEN Z KIDS!! I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN....AND NOR SHOULD ANYONE

This place is in very sad condition. We walked in last night and only 2 employees were siting down watching the basketball game . Yet, the sprite and rootbeer tap were empty and nothing coming out , we had no napkins on table I asked for them and one guy handed me a package from underneath cabinet . They also while serving the food don’t even take the plastic wrap off meat yet dig it out of a hole one the top of the brisket .
Not to mention when you look at menu on screens , the amount of white paper and signs all over the place . They were out ribs, chicken and lots of other stuff . This place used to be the best place and now well waste of time and money . It’s also sad they got rid of ice cream machine . Also , it’s sad that when they have other customers in line the employees are more worried about watching the game and leave people Waiting. This place is sad , won’t be back .

Decent barbecue. NOTICE: They DO NOT HAVE FREE ICE CREAM anymore! An employee suggested a different meal for two than the original order that gave us more meat for less, which I appreciated.

The brisket was okay, but a little dry. The ribs were great, thick and juicy with generous meat.

The mac and cheese was okay, not very flavorful. The mashed potatoes were pretty good - nice consistency and flavor.

All in all, it's an okay experience.

We spent over $130 bucks this evening. We patiently waited in line to order, from the start the staff were rude. The girl that worked there on 11/18 in the evening was absolutely rude. They didn’t have anymore chicken, or drinks. The food came cold, and we ordered some extra fries, and she brought it to the table and literally just threw it on our tray, literally 5 fries! I don’t recommend this place, their food sucks, cold.. and their customer service is horrible. Looks like they hire teenagers that don’t care about your business. Disappointed!
