Dot & Dough offers unique Mochi donuts that may be an acquired taste - dense and chewy, possibly made early in the morning. The malasadas are made fresh to order but come with a sugar coating that cannot be omitted. Some find the mochi donuts dry. However, the staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience from start to finish. The Horchatta Latte, though made from a powder mix, didn't hit the mark, but the service quality is consistently rated top-notch.
