I was craving fire wings I got a 40 pack got everything I wanted I came with 5 people we all we’re satisfied and the waitress was the best waitress I had he make we were enjoying our food he checked on us I recommend going to this restaurant it will be the best wings you will have my name is

As I was leaving the restaurant, part of my pickup spilled. I requested help replacing the loss or a refund. They refused because it didn't happen in their store. Wished they had better training for the staff or a manager on site. Both employees didnt know how to handle the situation and just regurgitated the no remake policy if they are not at fault.

Never again.....ordered 20 wings and was given 1 ranch sauce....asked for a cup of water and was given a cup so small it would make you laugh..the guest sitting next to me couldn't believe it...and by the way i TIPPED 4 dollars for this... I asked for another ranch and was told it only comes with 1 ranch!!! The young lady never even asked me to pay for another ranch!!! Good luck to you here you're definitely going to need it ......oh and by the way there is a reason why at 7:18 pm you only had a grand total of 4 guest in your restaurant....

The food is absolutely gross. Everything is too greasy, and stomach ache inducing. There's a Wingstop across the street that makes this place completely redundant if you want wings.

Will not be heading back to this location. Been craving Firewings since moving down from Norcal area. This location had a lot smaller wings and not enough sauce for the chicken.

Do not waste your hard earned money here. Over priced, dried over cooked wings. Dirty tables. Do not touch any surfaces all sticky from soda spills. I dont know how this place stays open. Maybe its used to launder money. Go to Wing Stop instead.

This was the busiest location I’ve ever been to. Small seating area and all the tables were filled. The cashier was super informative, welcoming and patient. He made sure we received everything we ordered. He kept updating us on the wait time. Amazing customer service! He made the place outstanding!

Used to be a frequent customer, after this visit I am very disappointed and will not be coming back. Despite the flavor being the same, the wings are nearly half the size they once were, feel like I'm getting ripped off when paying $100 for 60 pinky sized wings (see picture, every wing was this size)

Love the food at their Brea location one of my favorite spots when needing a wing fix. When finding out they had one close by I was excited to go here. When walking in I’m meet with a computer having me put my own order in which is no big deal. But no staff to be seen when needing my drink. Once someone came out they were quick to push me along so they can get back to the back room. Once food got to me the fries were over cooked and had barely any seasoning on the season fries. When asking for wipes they said they had none and pushed me along. When leaving we asked for a lid for our cup and the lady made us feel like we were inconveniencing her and had pour customer service. Love the food but bad customer service at this location I’ll stick to the Brea location
