Sandwich wait time was abysmal due to worker lack of skill and urgency, clearly shows in work ethic (I was the only customer in the store). After showing my coupon, staff completely ignored it and just charged me for a regular sub. Truly lowest tier service but it’s fine, I kind of expected it. Although sandwich tasted good, I’m certainly not going to go back here as there are restaurants around with the same level of taste and far better customer experience.

This was my first time ever visiting this store—and actually my first sandwich shop experience in the U.S. after moving here from overseas. I wasn’t sure what to get, but Marina, the lady behind the counter, was incredibly kind and polite. She made the whole decision-making process so much easier and truly brightened my day. If you’re looking for a great sandwich spot with even better service, you have to check out this location!

rude workers, wouldn’t even make the sandwich how you want it. asked for a substitution and the worker refused even though other employees have made the substitution for me many times.

This staff cannot manage the app orders. Do not trust them to get your order right via the app. They struggle. They have consistently errored and slopped the sandwhich with way too much mayo. It’s just not enjoyable. Hello staff - There is bacon on the #8. They have even forgotten to add the bacon when I walk in and place my order. Note to owner - work with your staff on teaching them to READ the orders when making sandwiches from the app. It is really that simple.
