Sandwich wait time was abysmal due to worker lack of skill and urgency, clearly shows in work ethic (I was the only customer in the store). After showing my coupon, staff completely ignored it and just charged me for a regular sub. Truly lowest tier service but it’s fine, I kind of expected it. Although sandwich tasted good, I’m certainly not going to go back here as there are restaurants around with the same level of taste and far better customer experience.

This was my first time ever visiting this store—and actually my first sandwich shop experience in the U.S. after moving here from overseas. I wasn’t sure what to get, but Marina, the lady behind the counter, was incredibly kind and polite. She made the whole decision-making process so much easier and truly brightened my day. If you’re looking for a great sandwich spot with even better service, you have to check out this location!

rude workers, wouldn’t even make the sandwich how you want it. asked for a substitution and the worker refused even though other employees have made the substitution for me many times.

This staff cannot manage the app orders. Do not trust them to get your order right via the app. They struggle. They have consistently errored and slopped the sandwhich with way too much mayo. It’s just not enjoyable. Hello staff - There is bacon on the #8. They have even forgotten to add the bacon when I walk in and place my order. Note to owner - work with your staff on teaching them to READ the orders when making sandwiches from the app. It is really that simple.

Just left... poor service I was skipped for taking my order.. I'm actually happy because after looking at how dirty the place was im glad I didn't order.

An update to your generic response and not addressing me by name. When you experience poor service.. and I don't seem to be the only one. You peel back the layers of the business you try to support. I started to scrutinize the environment. You have a greasy ceiling period! and you serve food. On top of that the service is terrible. How was I to interrupt a customer after me who was asked to order because your employees are in la la land and really don't want to service people? Was I to interrupt and tell the custome I was next? do to your employees lack of attention? Now I'm asking direct questions. Now will I get an honest answer? I will update tomorrow with the greasy ceiling. Facts.

As always this Jersey Mike's is good. As someone who is very picky i can tell you they get the sandwiches made right every time. Staff is always friendly and attentive. We go quite often, and they are always really good.

The Giant #13 is NEVER a fail and is so goated! They ALWAYS listen when we request extra vinegar, extra olive oil, jalapeños, and onion! Their quality is remarkably consistent, always fresh, and is always having me come back for more, building up them shore points 😎🏄
