Jersey Mike's Subs

As always this Jersey Mike's is good. As someone who is very picky i can tell you they get the sandwiches made right every time. Staff is always friendly and attentive. We go quite often, and they are always really good.

The Giant #13 is NEVER a fail and is so goated! They ALWAYS listen when we request extra vinegar, extra olive oil, jalapeños, and onion! Their quality is remarkably consistent, always fresh, and is always having me come back for more, building up them shore points 😎🏄

Would give no stars if an option!
Do not recommend unless you wanna make a trip back STILL HUNGRY to get money back for their lack of wanting to do their job (or should I say lying so they did not have to accommodate a request) correctly. Then requested a receipt and was informed it would be in the bag which it was not. Had to look up store and wait for order to be found in system when called to speak with managment about it.
Spent $85 dollars for 4 people to eat and only 3 were able to do so and now more time and gas $ to go back and get my money back and still have an empty stomach. Was informed they will not refund $ AND replace sandwich for the inconvenience.

Long lines and very little veggies

To the owner I would Definitely train your workers better , I was there on Sunday and your manager definitely needs training , also I had points that I should have received a free sandwich and the cashier had no clue how to apply my Jersey mikes points !

Had to wait 15 minutes to order. The door dash order mixed with the customers created a disaster. When 15 people walked out as they did not want to wait in the line. Line did not move. The employees where working as hard as they can but no flow and no organization. The location is losing money. Avoid going on busy times as door dash has priority over you. This could be fixed simply by having two separate work areas one for door dash and one for walk ins. If you are going to during off hours or prepare to wait.

If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered 35 minutes before arriving and they still didn't start my order. I asked for a refund and Manager said we are almost done with one sandwich cant you wait.

Never had a bad experience until now the employees were very rude and nasty coping an attitude and rolling their eyes at me and my daughter. It was a blonde chick who was really nasty and cussing at me underneath her

Paid $18 for jumbo extra turkey. This is not extra turkey. I double checked with the gal who put the turkey on the bread and she said it was. I’ve been to many Jersey Mike’s and this I assure you is not double turkey. In fact, it was barely the normal amount of turkey. Horrible!
