I want to start by saying my mom is a picky eater but once she likes a place, she hyper-fixates on said place. Little Eastern Cafe is a place she has been hyper-fixating on. My mom and I came here randomly because we wanted Asian food and to our surprise, it became a hit with us. The inside of the restaurant is quite big and can fit quite a lot of people but I've never seen it full. I noticed people tend to do pick up/delivery when I was dining in. It appears to be family-owned because it's the same servers and they are great - patient, nice, and helpful. Here are the items I've tried:- Popcorn chicken - 5/5. Lightly battered, thick, and juicy pieces. Be sure to ask for a side of sweet and sour dipping sauce to pair.- Fried tofu - 5/5. Light, airy, and delicious. Comes with a dipping sauce.- Hot and sour soup - 5/5. Mom loves the hot and sour soup here. It's our go-to when it's cold.- Beef noodle soup - 3/5. It's A LOT of food. The flavor of the soup is okay and I wish there were a variety in the noodles. Not bad but not the best I've tried.Lastly, the food is all decently priced. I love that there is more Asian food in Eastvale now!

Visited Little Eastern Cafe on a Saturday evening at 5:40 pm, and we were pleasantly surprised to find it not too crowded. Promptly seated upon arrival, we delved into a variety of dishes: the Braised Beef noodles were delightfully plentiful and full of flavor. Beef was super tender which is a plus! The Rice Noodle Maka Tang, Dan Dan Noodles, Hainan Chicken Plate, and Salt and Pepper Pork Chops Bento Box were good, but didn't quite reach the same standout level as the Braised Beef. The service was attentive and responsive to our needs, contributing to a positive dining experience. The restaurant's interior is well-maintained and clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere.Conveniently located in a newer strip mall alongside other businesses, parking was hassle-free. I plan to return to explore more of their menu offerings and, of course, indulge in a bowl of their delectable Braised Beef Noodle Soup.My Personal Rating : 4.14Food 4.2/5Staff 4.1/5Price 4.4/5Ambiance 4/5Cleanliness 4/5

The beef soup was served steaming hot which I love. Savory soup and the beef is so tender. I enjoyed every thing about this soup. The bowl is huge and half is all I can eat so I had left over for the next day. The kungpao chicken husband got was very good. He ate it without rice and enjoyed everything. Service is fast and server is wonderful. Place is small but you get that cozy feel. Great find here in Eastvale where Costco is located.

Their egg drop soup is perfect for a chilly day or when you're feeling sick. It's simple , delicious, and smoothing. I add a little pepper for more flavor sometimes. It'll definitely be my go to when I'm craving a light soup! Their kung pao chicken bento box was a let down. The rice was lukewarm (I had to microwave it), the chicken was overly seasoned and so salty, and the sides were just cabbage and canned corn with a bit of seaweed salad on top. Definitely didn't feel like it was worth the $15. Maybe if it came with more robust sides.

The taste of dishes is pretty good. I like Kung Pao Chicken and the spicy boiling fish. Noodles are good too. Recently I just feel the size of dishes became smaller than before. Not sure if my misconception

Family size portions are not family size at all...might be enough for maybe two people.Ordered chicken show mein, kung pow chicken, mangolian beef, and shrimp fried rice. The shrimp fried was soggy and salty and chow mein was greasy. We had just visited here and ate there a few days ago...was ok and wanted to try again. Unfortunately to go order was a disappointment.

I really was disappointed ? I ordered food for take out and I had guests I had told my guests don’t eat spicy food no spice…I came home the tofu was so spicy the popcorn chicken was old I could tell it was a day old because it was so dark hard and spicy we could not chew it same with the fried rice chicken I was so embarrassed in front of my guests I threw the whole food in the garbage….

Pretty good and fresh Chinese food in Eastvale. Fresh from the kitchen after ordering from the table. The set up of the lunch box (bento) is neat, attractive and rich with a main course, two sides, a hot soup and white rice. Walnut shrimp is one level above Panda Express while the fried onion beef is truly delicious like those in China. Lovely little restaurant with simple set up yet comfortable dining areas. Keep up the great works.

Stopped by here for the first time. Was craving some chow mein so ordered that, fried rice & popcorn chicken. I have to say the food was a lot better than my expectations. Everything was seasoned really well and was fast to come out. I enjoyed all the dishes, especially the rice & chicken. The service however was kind of mid. The guy at the counter was nice and all but he was just pretty inattentive and was on his phone a lot. Not a lot of people in the restaurant around dinner time either.I would probably come back though for a casual bite!

Love their char sui pork. It wasn’t in the menu, but I got an egg drop soup on the side. They only have limited items in their menu. Servers are friendly and place is clean.

My wife went to the restaurant to pick up our orders around 11:40 am this morning. Although there were very few customers there, the receptionist appeared to be impatient and was extremely rude to my wife. He kept complaining how easy it could be to mix the orders and expressing such frustrations to my wife with very unpleasant tone.We live close by and have been ordering food from it to support the local businesses. However, after the above intimidating incident, we will no longer order food from it. Our dissatisfaction is on neither food quality nor service but the fundamental of treating customers. Therefore, I am giving one star review.

The owners are so rude, no smile, no greeting, but act like customers are trying steal order from them. Not just need to say your name, but need to say what you order, how did you order, and need to show order details in phone, which I could understand, but their attitude are so bad, they treat you like a thief. Pick ups are packed with no utensils, no napkins. If you don’t own the owner’s money, don’t go, otherwise you will feel like you own them money.

Very greasy and weird aftertaste. I hope I just didn’t get food poisoning.
