I want to start by saying my mom is a picky eater but once she likes a place, she hyper-fixates on said place. Little Eastern Cafe is a place she has been hyper-fixating on. My mom and I came here randomly because we wanted Asian food and to our surprise, it became a hit with us. The inside of the restaurant is quite big and can fit quite a lot of people but I've never seen it full. I noticed people tend to do pick up/delivery when I was dining in. Visited Little Eastern Cafe on a Saturday evening at 5:40 pm, and we were pleasantly surprised to find it not too crowded. Promptly seated upon arrival, we delved into a variety of dishes: the Braised Beef noodles were delightfully plentiful and full of flavor. Beef was super tender which is a plus! The beef soup was served steaming hot which I love. Savory soup and the beef is so tender. I enjoyed every thing about this soup. The bowl is huge and half is all I can eat so I had left over for the next day. The kungpao chicken husband got was very good. He ate it without rice and enjoyed everything. Service is fast and server is wonderful. Place is small but you get that cozy feel. Great find here in Eastvale where Costco is located.
