“Yesterday I came in for lunch and placed a to-go order. I ordered 2 chicken bowls w/ brown rice and an extra side of chicken. When I got home I noticed that the brown rice wasn't cooked all the way. I went back expecting to have a debate about the rice and try to get it remade. I was shocked. They apologized and told me to come back in 30 minutes this way they could make a fresh pot of brown rice. When I came back the remade everything fresh, including the extra side of chicken. Great service isn't being great when everything goes right. It's being great when things aren't great. I truly appreciate the service I received and very thankful for the way the situation was handled. Thank you!“

We've been 3 times, because we don't live in the area and have to plan to go when we're visiting Cravings, but are trying to work our way through the menu- the flavors are diverse and have always hit the mark! Also love that they're Five Star members, so eventually you're rewarded for being a repeat customer. I hate to say this, but they blow Boiling Point out of the water.“

The place was averaged sized, and although it was a bit busy, we were seated promptly and waited a very minimal time to be served. Everything was fresh and delicious. Even the salad was delicious. The atmosphere was cool and low-key with soft music playing. The facilities were unassuming. “The place is a little but can fit in large party of 25 or 30. The food were all good accept a few like fried tofu ( too salty) and Bánh xèo, there were 2 little shrimps :( for a plate that cost as much as that should be more, don't you all think so?But any way, the rest of the food like pho and beef nói soup were so good thought the price were like 20 bucks each. “The Boom Boom tacos are fire, specifically the steak tacos. This location is the nicest WaBa I've been to. I definitely would come back, especially after working out at Fitness 19 next door. The Boom Boom tacos are great if you want something tasty that will fill you up, but won't make you feel disgustingly full. The taco trio is the perfect meal for on the go or just cause. They're in the same shopping center as Ralph's, Starbucks and Fitness 19.“
