If you’re looking for an authentic Japanese dining experience in Chino Hills, Kiku Sushi is it. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance transports you — the traditional banners, warm lighting, and J-pop playing in the background set the perfect mood.
The service was wonderful. Our waiters were so sweet and attentive, always checking in without being overbearing. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about the experience.
Now the food — where do I even start? Everything was absolutely incredible. The fish on the nigiri was unbelievably fresh, like caught-that-morning fresh. You could taste the quality in every single piece. The Cucumber Fantasy roll was hands-down my favorite — light, refreshing, and perfectly put together. We also had the garlic edamame, a rainbow roll, and some beautiful sashimi-topped rolls, and there wasn’t a single miss on the table. We also paired everything with a Sapporo and a Terra beer, which hit perfectly with the meal.
We left absolutely stuffed and completely satisfied. Kiku Sushi is now a go-to spot for us. If you love great sushi in a genuine Japanese atmosphere with kind people taking care of you, don’t sleep on this place. 10/10 would come back tomorrow.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Fair warning — I was so hungry I forgot to take pictures of half the rolls before demolishing them. “We’ve been coming to P.F. Chang’s in Riverside ever since this location opened, and over the years we’ve had plenty of good experiences—but Kyle is hands down the best server we’ve ever had.

Every time my family and I come in, we always look for Kyle and hope he’s working. He is consistently friendly, attentive, personable, and genuinely makes us feel welcome. He remembers us, takes great care of our family, and somehow manages to make every visit feel special.

Great service can completely change a dining experience, and Kyle is a huge reason we continue to enjoy coming back to this location. Employees like him are hard to find, and P.F. Chang’s Riverside is incredibly lucky to have him.

I had the spicy ramen and he had tonkatsu ramen and we also ordered takoyaki and chicken popcorn. We loved that the ramen was served hot and fresh and the broth was not salty but just the right balance of seasoning. There was just one server when we came but he was nice and attentive even though it gets busy. The atmosphere is dim, I am not sure if its the lighting or the paint or they purposedly preferred it that way. Also, the restroom needs a little more attention. “Went there for breakfast on Saturday early (8:30) to beat the rush. Only waited 20 minutes. Had belly to belly, creme brulee french toast. avocado toast, and two orders of the berry cloud pancakes. For drinks we had classic coffee, Pandan latte, Spanish latte, and Cookie? latte. Both drinks and food were great. Only complaint is that we order the 2nd pancake a few minutes late and it didn't arrive till most of us were finished. Be warned .. get your orders in for the cloud pancakes early. It will take 20-30 minutes to arrive.“

“At first I was put off by the ordering food using a touch screen. Then a very kind gentlemen came up and explained if the option for an addon or modification wasn't there, to just ask him and he will make it happen. Very polite and forward about helping.
The food was fantastic. Got a beef udon sizzling plate, soooo good. Burning spicy and burning hot. Fresh and fantastic. Immediately as we enter we are welcomed and told to sit anywhere we'd like by the server. Within 20-30 seconds, the server brings us glass of waters and menus for us! It took us a while to order because there was so many different variety of delicious plates. The servers were very sweet and mindful of us. They did not once judge us based on our appearance (I was wearing my work clothes and my husband was wearing his gym outfit).
