“I had such an amazing experience here at the Waba Grill. The staff was so nice and so patient when I didn’t know what exactly I wanted. The cashier on 12/28 at 5:30 pm was so nice and helpful I hope at every waba grill I go to I meet someone like her. She is amazing and quick and has such a great attitude.“

“Everything was very, very good, the beef broth with tendon was very tender and the broth very flavorful the crispy pork spring rolls with the sauce were a perfect match for each other. The salt and pepper chicken wings were super crispy and the flavor was very nice with the two sauces. The Bond meat was very good. You just have to order the pate and jalapeños separately if you like them we had white rice as well, which was normal and we had barbecue pork vermicelli with egg rolls all which were very very good. It does take a little bit of time to make everything fresh so it takes a little bit more time than other Vietnamese restaurants but the food is very, very good. .update we came back 3 days later and enjoyed the sandwich with the pate and jalapeños and beef rib soup.“

If you’re looking for an authentic Japanese dining experience in Chino Hills, Kiku Sushi is it. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance transports you — the traditional banners, warm lighting, and J-pop playing in the background set the perfect mood.
The service was wonderful. Our waiters were so sweet and attentive, always checking in without being overbearing. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about the experience.
Now the food — where do I even start? Everything was absolutely incredible. The fish on the nigiri was unbelievably fresh, like caught-that-morning fresh. You could taste the quality in every single piece. The Cucumber Fantasy roll was hands-down my favorite — light, refreshing, and perfectly put together. We also had the garlic edamame, a rainbow roll, and some beautiful sashimi-topped rolls, and there wasn’t a single miss on the table. We also paired everything with a Sapporo and a Terra beer, which hit perfectly with the meal.
We left absolutely stuffed and completely satisfied. Kiku Sushi is now a go-to spot for us. “Went there for breakfast on Saturday early (8:30) to beat the rush. Only waited 20 minutes. Had belly to belly, creme brulee french toast. avocado toast, and two orders of the berry cloud pancakes. For drinks we had classic coffee, Pandan latte, Spanish latte, and Cookie? latte. Both drinks and food were great. Only complaint is that we order the 2nd pancake a few minutes late and it didn't arrive till most of us were finished. Be warned .. get your orders in for the cloud pancakes early. It will take 20-30 minutes to arrive.“

“My husband and I went to this restaurant for the first time. We were impressed that everything we ordered tastes really good 10/10. I had the spicy ramen and he had tonkatsu ramen and we also ordered takoyaki and chicken popcorn. We loved that the ramen was served hot and fresh and the broth was not salty but just the right balance of seasoning. There was just one server when we came but he was nice and attentive even though it gets busy. The atmosphere is dim, I am not sure if its the lighting or the paint or they purposedly preferred it that way. Also, the restroom needs a little more attention. “Wow! We came here to check out the ramen wall but ended up getting some bowls off the main menu instead. Tried the beef bowl and the wing bowl with spicy noodle and lemon pepper wings -- the rice was perfectly cooked and the meats and noodles where incredible. The servings are very generous as well, we both left stuffed.

The wait wasn't too bad considering everything was cooked fresh but apparently there's an order ahead option if you don't want to wait as long. They were playing good music and the noise level was such that we could hear each other but didn't feel like everyone was listening to our conversation.“

This is a small family-owned restaurant and the owners are always working hard and cleaning constantly. “At first I was put off by the ordering food using a touch screen. Then a very kind gentlemen came up and explained if the option for an addon or modification wasn't there, to just ask him and he will make it happen. Very polite and forward about helping.
The food was fantastic. Got a beef udon sizzling plate, soooo good. Burning spicy and burning hot. Fresh and fantastic. Got chicken udon side and wow the chicken melts in your mouth like a fatty meat. Never do I get to experience such well tenderized chicken. Really really great place. Worth the prices for sure.“

“I would always pass by this place when I lived in Upland a few years ago but never thought to try. We came by for an early dinner a few days ago and wow, their menu is huge! Ranging from standard vietnamese items to a few thai dishes as well. We tried a couple items and it was okay. The pho noodles were a little bit al dente and I was hoping the broth would be hotter to help soften the noodles. The lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl was pretty good. We also tried the mango & sticky rice dessert, pretty good as well.“
