“We enjoy coming to this PF Changs location. Food is great and nice setting. Only detail is that service is usually delayed, we can see the waiter/waitress look at us and doesn't acknowledge you. At least a hi, I will be with you, but no they look and minutes later (today it took close to ten minutes) they will come and introduce themselves to take your order. Additionally, don't bother saying you are celebrating anything, it does not get acknowledged. Although you see it is on the paper they give them, there is no mention of it. This also happened to us in a different location.
Other than that it is good and food is good, try the ring of fire sauce. Enjoy.“

“I came to my nearest Waba Grill during my lunch break and to my surprise the place was empty (in a good way). The server, Eric greeted me with a huge smile and welcoming energy! He was very knowledgeable about the menu and overall had a positive attitude! Although restaurants can take a toll on employees due to customers it is very important to continue with the positive vibes and vibrant atmosphere. One person can change the entire outcome and with that being said, continue to applaud Eric and hire workers that resemble his energy! :)“

They never fail to abide by his requests like grilling without sauce and making the meat well done. “At first I was put off by the ordering food using a touch screen. Then a very kind gentlemen came up and explained if the option for an addon or modification wasn't there, to just ask him and he will make it happen. Very polite and forward about helping.
The food was fantastic. Got a beef udon sizzling plate, soooo good. Burning spicy and burning hot. Fresh and fantastic. Got chicken udon side and wow the chicken melts in your mouth like a fatty meat. Never do I get to experience such well tenderized chicken. Really really great place. Worth the prices for sure.“

“Have been coming here and ordering out since I was a kid and the food never disappoints. I would say their crunchy roll and their chicken udon is the best (my bias) and they are always quick and efficient when especially since my family orders 5+ items every time we order out here. Great spot to chill and have a nice lunch or dinner but also an excellent spot if you just want something quick that you can take out and eat at home.“

“Came in today on lunch break from jury duty. Got the pork belly fries and they were very good. I paid about $15.50 which felt a bit pricey when I was ordering however when I got my order I thought it was worth it. Got my fries fried crispy and sauce, picked onions, and green onions on the side. Customer service was pretty good also, I would absolutely come back to try other dishes.“
