My daughter & I visited this location yesterday May 24th. We went through the drive-thru & driving halfways home I realized the Happy Meal didn't have the Disney toy. My daughter said to call them I chuckled & did it anyways expecting a recording to answer. I was WRONG the young boy who I believe is KS#13 was so understanding & kind hearted. Not only did he give me the toy it was missing but a refund because he said he understood how expensive gas is & turning around was another...read full review
the service is the worst, they had me waiting for 30 mnts in the parking lot and the manager she give me the money back and she never apologized. I DONT RECOMMEND McDonald's on Limonite and hamner...

The management does a great job, and it’s nice to see the workers smiling. However, some have had bad experiences, especially at night when staff can be rude and ignore customers. Overall, the restaurant feels much more organized and friendly now, unlike other locations with terrible management.
