Eat BBop is not just a place to grab a delicious bite to eat, it's a reflection of the passion and hard work of its owner. The business is family-owned and operated, and the owner and his mother once had a location in LA under a different name. I’ve actually had some of their food from this location, delicious obviously, and was stoked at the opportunity to find them here in Norco! I also learned that the owner's family ACTUALLY journeyed over here from Korea! In search of opportunity, they now share their passion for traditional Korean cuisine.
The dish that hooked me initially was their authentic and delicious black bean noodles, or Jajangmyeon. These chewy wheat noodles are cooked in a rich, savory black bean sauce, which is made in-house using a blend of fermented black beans, onions, and various seasonings. The sauce is thick and hearty, and paired with the soft texture of the noodles, it makes for a satisfying and comforting dish. The Jajangmyeon is served with a side of pickled ginger, which provides a nice contrast in texture and helps to balance out the richness of the sauce. It's definitely a must-try dish for anyone visiting Eat BBop.
Another popular dish at Eat BBop is their spicy fried chicken sticks. These juicy chicken pieces are marinated in a spicy garlic-y sauce, and then deep-fried to perfection. The chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the heat level is just right. It's a great option for anyone looking for a snack or a light meal, and also as a side dish to share with friends.

“Ive been to quite a few places for pho, and this has to be my favorite place to go. Its fair priced, very flavorful without any dressing. They use the freshest ingredients EVERYTIME. On point evry time we come! Great atmosphere with excellent attention to every customer they serve. We have family meals here frequently and will continue coming only here for pho when we are home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Keep up the great cuisine and friendly attentive customer service!“

“I’ve been going to Thai Family Sistets for over a year now. The food is always delicious and they have amazing lunch specials. I managed to convert my sister to this local spot after she tried their Tom Yum. I’ve been a fan of their Tom Kha, so deliciously spicy but also creamy.“

“Hidden behind the Tyler Mall sits a local noodle house for some great “Pho”. The ambiance is taking you back to old school rock, literature, and movies. Has a nice casual vibe. Not your usual Pho decor. Very cool spot. Had some pork eggrolls to start. Yum. Pho brisket. Yum. Broth was amazing. One size fits all hunger needs.“

“We’ve been coming here since their soft opening and it has quickly become a family staple. We are always greeted when we walk in, and the owner always manages to stop and say hello. The xiao long bao and chili oil wontons are a must try, but they have so many other dishes to offer. Not to mention, the portion sizes are enough to enjoy with your group. I love that my kids love it. If you’re ever wanting to try somewhere new, I definitely recommend going. They have a customer for life! 😊“

“Wow! We came here to check out the ramen wall but ended up getting some bowls off the main menu instead. Tried the beef bowl and the wing bowl with spicy noodle and lemon pepper wings -- the rice was perfectly cooked and the meats and noodles where incredible. The servings are very generous as well, we both left stuffed.
The wait wasn't too bad considering everything was cooked fresh but apparently there's an order ahead option if you don't want to wait as long. They were playing good music and the noise level was such that we could hear each other but didn't feel like everyone was listening to our conversation.“

“This place is so different, hosting a truly fun and vibrant atmosphere. The food is excellent, and I love their bahn mi, shrimp and pork spring rolls, and vermicelli noodles. It is truly such delicious place that I DoorDash it sometimes! The picture is of a specific kind of vermicelli noodle that I’ve never had before but it was absolutely scrumptious!“

“The food is okay. Could be better. We had Nasi Ayam Bakar and Nasi Iga Bakar and an Es Doger. I was actually disappointed for Iga Bakar for over $20.00 the beef rib meat really hard and dry. The grilled chicken softer and fell off the bone. Their small grocery store is what we came for.“

“We've been going here since they've opened And they've always been good and fill your containers full. Nice people , they always make my dishes for me since I have got to watch the salt so they add little or none for me and add extra garlic. Love their wonton soup and wok veggies w garlic & low salt.“
“This is located at the Montclair Mall. I have been eating here for years, since they had a location on Monte Vista. I have several favorites. In no particular order: mint leaf chicken, drunken noodles, garlic noodles, lemongrass pork. Their drinks can't be beat. I like the Bruce lychee.
I concede that the food can be a little greasy at times. They use oil to prevent the noodles from sticking together in the wok.
The staff is very friendly and efficient.“

“Broth in pho was very rich in flavor by far, compared to the other pho restaurants I frequent. Sister and mom also found it to be very flavorful, mom often doesn't engorge herself when we go to the others for their soups, but she finished the one here.“

“My kid is a big fan of ramen and has been very excited for this place to open. The food was delicious and the bowls of ramen were beautifully composed. Our orders came out very quickly. The wait staff was super friendly and helpful. We thought the place had good vibes. We will definitely be back.“

“You guys, the broth is amazing. It's so full of flavor. Everything we ordered was delicious The Bánh Mi was divine! The prices are better than other places. Go! You won't regret it. My face is full of joy from the meal! 😊 Yum!

“I've had this a few times here, perfect for late flights when everything is closed. Hell I like it better than the other restaurants in this terminal. They hid it in the corner near gate 401 as of Jan 2023, but that won't stop me. You have to get resourceful with the utensils though since they removed the little tray of them it had nearby.“

“Best grilled chicken pho I’ve had in the Riverside/Corona area to date! Their broth is delicious, and you cannot taste loads of sodium and GMO in it like in other local spots. The taste was superb.
The service of the staff was speedy, courteous and the restaurant was impeccable when it came to cleanliness. We were seated immediately and despite being a somewhat large group, were served our food within 15 minutes. You must stop by!

“I got a rush order for Thanksgiving. The gentleman at the counter, Asian looking dude, was friendly, offered me suggestion despite looking for a large meal to bring to the hospital for my colleague. Even before we started officially eating, the food from this place was GONE! Great food. I highly recommend it. I got the dumpling and beef wrap. A little expensive, but highly worth it.
The picture is all that’s left of the beef. The dumpling were gone hours ago.“
