Eat BBop is not just a place to grab a delicious bite to eat, it's a reflection of the passion and hard work of its owner. The business is family-owned and operated, and the owner and his mother once had a location in LA under a different name. I’ve actually had some of their food from this location, delicious obviously, and was stoked at the opportunity to find them here in Norco! I also learned that the owner's family ACTUALLY journeyed over here from Korea! In search of opportunity, they now share their passion for traditional Korean cuisine.
The dish that hooked me initially was their authentic and delicious black bean noodles, or Jajangmyeon. These chewy wheat noodles are cooked in a rich, savory black bean sauce, which is made in-house using a blend of fermented black beans, onions, and various seasonings. The sauce is thick and hearty, and paired with the soft texture of the noodles, it makes for a satisfying and comforting dish. The Jajangmyeon is served with a side of pickled ginger, which provides a nice contrast in texture and helps to balance out the richness of the sauce. It's definitely a must-try dish for anyone visiting Eat BBop.
Another popular dish at Eat BBop is their spicy fried chicken sticks. These juicy chicken pieces are marinated in a spicy garlic-y sauce, and then deep-fried to perfection. The chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the heat level is just right. It's a great option for anyone looking for a snack or a light meal, and also as a side dish to share with friends.
In summary, Eat BBop offers a great variety of authentic Korean dishes, but their Jajangmyeon and spicy fried chicken sticks are definitely the local favorites. These dishes are delicious, satisfying and a perfect representation of the Korean cuisine. “Ive been to quite a few places for pho, and this has to be my favorite place to go. Its fair priced, very flavorful without any dressing. They use the freshest ingredients EVERYTIME. On point evry time we come! Great atmosphere with excellent attention to every customer they serve. “@traveling_kupo was looking for soup and bumped into this place in Montclair, California. It was a large menu of a variety of dumplings. Took home the shrimp/pork noodle dumpling soup. The whole soup with noodles was freshly made. With a see through kitchen to look at the cooks do their work.“

“Wow! We came here to check out the ramen wall but ended up getting some bowls off the main menu instead. Tried the beef bowl and the wing bowl with spicy noodle and lemon pepper wings -- the rice was perfectly cooked and the meats and noodles where incredible. The servings are very generous as well, we both left stuffed.
The wait wasn't too bad considering everything was cooked fresh but apparently there's an order ahead option if you don't want to wait as long. They were playing good music and the noise level was such that we could hear each other but didn't feel like everyone was listening to our conversation.“

“It's 10pm, you're hungry and nowhere else is open for some pho... so I found this place and without even looking at photos I went over, and what an insane surprise, rave + pho??? Who would have thought, such a cool combo!
It was filled with strobes and some fog, made a really cool night vibe inside the restaurant, especially since I didn't know what to expect.
It wasn't long before I got seated, and the menu is very straight forward. I got ribeye pho and bahn mi, the sandwich was big, definitely not a small size you could split it if you really wanted. But it was flavorful! The broth of the pho was heavenly, and it came with so many noodles and meat, they don't skip out on everything here and you’re not going to finish everything with 90% of the broth left. Good vibes, good food, and a late night party theme“

“The best period ! Authentic Korean BBQ !! I grew up eating this kind of food and this restaurant is my favorite!! I drive 1 hr to go to this place ! The owner is super nice and also the waiters he has working . There is a super nice young man there who attends to us very well all the time!“

“The food is okay. Could be better. We had Nasi Ayam Bakar and Nasi Iga Bakar and an Es Doger. I was actually disappointed for Iga Bakar for over $20.00 the beef rib meat really hard and dry. The grilled chicken softer and fell off the bone. Their small grocery store is what we came for.“

“Broth in pho was very rich in flavor by far, compared to the other pho restaurants I frequent. Sister and mom also found it to be very flavorful, mom often doesn't engorge herself when we go to the others for their soups, but she finished the one here.“

“Omg I’ve been looking for a rice noodle place like this around the area for years and by golly I’ve finally found it! The food is so authentic and the owners are so nice! I can’t wait to explore the entire menu, everything we’ve eaten so far has been delicious ranging from the egg noodle roll to the rice noodle wonton soup and even the porridges! 10/10 would recommend it!“
“This is located at the Montclair Mall. I have been eating here for years, since they had a location on Monte Vista. I have several favorites. In no particular order: mint leaf chicken, drunken noodles, garlic noodles, lemongrass pork. Their drinks can't be beat. I like the Bruce lychee.
I concede that the food can be a little greasy at times. They use oil to prevent the noodles from sticking together in the wok.
The staff is very friendly and efficient.“

I came in after work with my daughter — tired, hungry, and needing the kind of comfort that feels like when you scraped your knee as a kid and your mama handed you a warm bowl of soup. It was our first time here, just an hour before closing, and not once did they rush us. They let us take our time, explained the menu with patience, and helped us choose dishes we’d actually love.
I ordered the Beef & Shrimp Udon Noodle Soup, and my daughter got the Chicken Pho. I paired mine with a hot jasmine tea, and we shared an order of their Cream Cheese Crispy Wontons — the kind that are crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and impossible to stop eating.
The woman working that night was the kind of soul you don’t forget. She kept complimenting my motherhood, celebrating the bond between me and my daughter, and making us feel genuinely seen. Her kindness was the unexpected highlight of the night.
Then the food arrived.
A giant bowl of soup, steaming and fragrant, every bite bursting with flavor. If you’ve been here before and haven’t gone back, I need answers, because our first experience was heaven.
It was so good we came back a second time — and doubled our order.Another round of soup, a noodle plate, two orders of the wontons, and drinks.
This time I tried the Passion Fruit Iced Tea, and the real passion fruit pieces at the bottom of the cup absolutely shocked me. I’m still thinking about that drink. I will be going back for more.
Across both visits, we tried so many dishes, and not a single one disappointed. Warm service, comforting food, and a place that feels like mama’s kitchen when you’ve had a long day.

“I've had this a few times here, perfect for late flights when everything is closed. Hell I like it better than the other restaurants in this terminal. They hid it in the corner near gate 401 as of Jan 2023, but that won't stop me. You have to get resourceful with the utensils though since they removed the little tray of them it had nearby.“
