Food is decent. The waitresses need to work on their. customer service skills. I walked in, no greeting, no acknowledgment of any kind. They just ignored me and walked around me clearing f tables. After a few minutes they finally acknowledge me and sat me at my table. The food was okay but the prices are high for pho. Not once did the waitresses refill my water or ask how I was doing. After finishing my meal, I waited around for my bill just sitting and waiting. The two waitresses were eating g and talking to each other. When I asked for my bill, one waitresses seemed to be

The vegetarian pho was surprisingly flavorful and comforting, with a rich broth and fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, the spring rolls were disappointing and lacked the same quality. I absolutely loved dining at this restaurant! The best part was that it was open until 10 PM, which was perfect since I was searching for Pho places nearby. The vegetable noodle soup was amazing, with good vegetables, and came with a delicious chicken broth. We also tried different types of spring rolls, and they were quite filling. They have good booth seating too, which makes it cozy. The service was great, and the food was comforting. A must-visit local spot for pho lovers in Southern California!

The customer service is so bad! I placed a bowl of Pho via phone. The lady informed me that it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. When my husband arrived AFTER 15 minutes, they looked at my husband (he's non-asian) and didn't ask him what he needed. After he asked what's the status of our order, the lady stated another 10 minutes. So he waits... Then after those 10 minutes, she stated ANOTHER 10 MINUTES. Are you joking?! He's basically waiting for over 45 minutes for just 1 bowl of Pho. The service here sucks. I don't know if it's because my husband isn't Asian so they ignored him but this service is so uncalled for. FYI, they helped a white person with no hesitation after my husband's arrival. We will never come here ever again.

Ate Chicken sandwich about Two hours later filling nausea that was Wednesday 9/24/2025 that night was worse 9/27/2025 went to ER it was food poisoning did not eat anything after that sandwich total 5 days of food poisoning beware I don't need to say anything else 😎

This was my first time visiting this pho spot since I was craving chicken fried rice. The cashier at the front counter was very nice and kind, which I really appreciated. The chicken fried rice was good, and overall it was a positive experience.

This place went downhill fast. Not sure if they are under new management, but when I first moved here and came to this restaurant around 2011-2012, it was pretty good. Now, it's nothing but a disappointment to Vietnamese cuisine. The flavor of the pho drastically disimproved. Overall, this spot used to be good 6-7 years ago. Now, not good at all. Service here declined as well, not that attentive of staff anymore.
