The food is very tasty, and the concept is nice! The service was great! One thing which could be improved is the decoration of the room.

Food was so so just standard Taiwan style hot pot. The wait time was horrible. So not really worth it.

The service attitude of this place is very bad. It is different from the takeaway of chino. No sauce and chopsticks are provided. It is very rubbish. I will not come again.

Long story short, my food had hair. The response was some of meat always has hair. After the dishonesty, I stopped, paid and left.

So delicious, try it you won’t regret
It’s the must eat in Eastvale, LA! Definitely try it!
I want the preface the food here is generally good.
My complaint is specifically about the service I experienced tonight. For background, I have worked in food service since I was 18 - I am 26 now. I have worked in various customer based jobs. I am lucky that my experience in service has translated well into my new roles.
First, my parents and I arrive and I notice no one greets us. I understand, it's busy. So I put myself on the waitlist. The Asian girl working comes up to us and abruptly asks if we put ourselves on the list. I am taken aback because I was very kind and mention that we did and I ask my parents to step outside because it's rude to loiter while people are eating. This was a mistake because once we stepped outside, the Asian girl and white male seat another party that came after us. Additionally, neither the Asian girl or white male clean any of the tables for us and act like we are inconveniencing them.
Second, I direct my parents to the QR code to order. Thank God I did because if I didn't, we would have never ordered. Intentionally, both the servers chose to assist other people around us and ask if each table needed help except us. At this point, I'm irritated but I try to be understanding. I work in a high stress situation as well and try to be kind. It's hard to be kind when no one acknowledges your presence and acts like your requests are a chore. Mind you, we didn't have many requests. All my dad asked for was WATER!!!
Finally, I realize they are not going to stop and ask us if we need the bill or a container. So I stand up to go ask for one. The Asian girl server huffs and puffs beside me as if I have done something incredibly offensive to her. I asked for 2 containers. Everytime I looked up and tried to get their attention for help, they very intentionally walked the other way or refused to make eye contact. For the sake of my parents, I didn't make a scene or ask to see a manager because they just wanted to leave. To paint an even further picture, my dad asked me if the girl knew me from somewhere and that's why she was being rude.
I am incredibly upset at the lack of decorum and basic skills both servers lacked. I tried to rationalize and understand they are young but every chance I gave them the benefit of the doubt, they proved me wrong.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Incredibly rude and disrespectful. I didn't want to tip but my parents left one anyways. I get people have rough days but so did we and my instinct wasn't to be an absolute jerk. Take your money any where else. Go to boiling point they're great.
They didn’t let us pull from the box either even though we spent $75.

The menu has multiple choices that will allow your taste buds to enjoy the meal. Best time to visit is anytime of the day. As a California native, finding a hotpot spot without a 30min wait time is hard to find but, I can’t gate keep this location for anyone that wants comfort soup..

Absolutely nothing to complain about even if i wanted to. The smell walking in immediately made my mouth water. The service and friendly smiles when being greeted were absolutely through the roof! The waiter (Eli) knew exactly what was in each dish and described everything in detail to all my annoying questions. I thought it was so cool that the owner (Tom) came out to greet me and asked me about the food!
10/10, loved it here and I will be back!

We ordered House special pot and Taiwanese spicy beef pot, both were delicious and tasty! The beef pot was a little too spicy but we liked it. And don’t miss their Sandwiches, super finger-licking , the price is fair and service is great, seriously highly recommended.

I ordered a beef pot to go. When I opened it, only see few slides of beef. Really unacceptable for a $20+ hot pot
tasty! This sandwich ? and the salted crispy chicken crown are the best in Southern California!
