Perfect spot on a cold rainy dayyy! Basically Taiwanese style soup đČ with different flavors so even if you dont like the spicy Taiwan flavors they offer, Korean, Japanese and even Thai! Went with the og spicy and requested it be half spice a half water (side spicy sauce) because the flavor can be numbing! Came w sliced beef, fish balls, beef balls, napa, corn, shrooms. Look for the sauces, they are your friend! Dip, sip, rice đ and drink a bit of hot broth! đ„
Missing star- pricey, not sure our server changed his gloves after working w cleaning supplies and noodles, touching his hat etc etc. Workers should be mindful of those things. Milk tea was just average...

I got recommended this spot by some of my friends, the food here is really good and the service is even better. I was helped out by someone named Jason Lin, super nice guy and really helpful. 10/10 would eat here again

I was really disappointed with the service here. The young white manager was extremely rude and came off as entitled and unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, he spoke to us in a dismissive way and acted like being the manager gave him the right to talk down to customers.
There was also an Asian female staff member who was equally unfriendly and rude. The overall attitude from multiple employees made the experience very uncomfortable. Customer service and basic communication skills seem to be seriously lacking here.
The only positive part of our visit was one young male Asian staff member who was genuinely kind, attentive, and provided great service. He was the only one who made us feel welcome.
Unfortunately, the rest of the staffâs behavior really ruined the experience. Management seriously needs to train their employees on professionalism and how to properly interact with customers.

The popcorn chicken tastes like chicken chicharrones. The Taiwanese spicy bowl was very delicious as well.

my wife came inside and bought the food but we chose to eat outside and i went in to use the restroom but the white kid with curly hair told me that restrooms are for costumers only and i tried to explain to him that we had just bought food but he stood in-front of the restroom and rudely told me that the owner would get mad at him even tho i repeatedly told him we got food there this is how you lose customers great job!

The hot pot was ok, though we wish there were more options to choose from. This is a good a good option if you hadnât had hotpot before.

A review I never expected to write
I want to start by saying this is not a review I write lightly. After this happened, my wife and I genuinely went back over everything and asked ourselves if we had done something wrong or acted unreasonably. If we had been rude, aggressive, or entitled, I would accept responsibility. But that simply wasnât the case.
We visited Pot on Fire in Eastvale on New Yearâs Day around 2 PM. Our first server was kind, professional, and attentive. Unfortunately, once the manager took over our table, the experience changed completely.
The first issue was simple: the wrong hot pot was brought to our table. That happens, no big deal. What was upsetting was how the manager handled it. Instead of apologizing, he blamed us and said something like, âThatâs why we usually say the name of the hot pot,â in a condescending tone, as if we had done something wrong for not catching their mistake.
Later, when we calmly asked about our missing drinks and appetizer, the manager became defensive rather than helpful. At that point, the situation escalated very quickly and unnecessarily.
He spoke to us in a demeaning and intimidating way and used phrases like, âYou need to pay now or get out,â followed by âI donât need your money,â âyouâre permanently banned,â and âget out of my restaurant.â He also threatened to call the police. We were still in the middle of eating and repeatedly tried to pay for the food we had already eaten. He refused to accept payment and forced us out.
To add context, the manager did in fact call the police. We later received a follow-up call from an officer, explained what had happened, and were told this was a customer service issue and that no further action was needed, especially since our attempts to pay were declined. Involving law enforcement in this situation felt completely unnecessary and frightening.
This wasnât about a wrong order or slow service. Those things happen. What doesnât happen, or shouldnât, is being treated with contempt, intimidation, and humiliation for calmly raising a concern. What made this especially disturbing is that this behavior came from a manager, someone entrusted with authority and leadership.
After this incident, I took the time to read other public reviews for this location. What concerned me was seeing multiple reviewers, across different dates, describe very similar experiences involving dismissive, disrespectful, or demeaning interactions with a manager or server. That suggests this may not be an isolated incident, but part of a broader pattern that deserves serious attention.
After the incident, the owner did reach out and took the time to listen, which I appreciate. He acknowledged the situation and said he would address it. I also want to be clear that our original server was not the issue.
Iâm sharing this so others are aware. Most people go out to eat to enjoy a meal, not to leave feeling shaken, humiliated, or threatened simply for speaking up respectfully. I sincerely hope no other customer has to experience what we did.

My husband and I dined here on New Yearâs Day and had an unbelievably bad experience, primarily due to the managerâs behavior.
We were likely the first table seated. We ordered two hot pots, two drinks, and popcorn chicken. Tables that arrived after us received their food before we did. Our original server went on break mid-service, and the manager (Elias / Eli) took over.
He brought one correct hot pot, then delivered the second incorrectly. When he realized the mistake, instead of apologizing, he made a sarcastic remark with attitude about how they âsay the name of the dish when setting it downâ and walked away.
Meanwhile, we still had not received our drinks or popcorn chicken. When we politely asked about the appetizerâafter another table received theirsâwe were told, rudely, âThey ordered before you.â At no point were we upset or confrontational; we were simply asking.
Over 10â15 minutes into our meal, the popcorn chicken still hadnât arrived. We were repeatedly given excuses (short-staffed, other tables ordered first), but never an apology. When we finally asked to cancel the appetizer, someone attempted to bring it anyway, and the manager told us we could keep it only if we paid for it, despite the delay and cancellation.
When we expressed disappointment with the service, the manager became increasingly hostile. Without us raising our voices or using any inappropriate language, he told us to either pay immediately or leaveâeven though we were still eating. When I said I was still finishing my meal, he threatened to call the police and then actually did.
After we finished eating and went to pay, we were told we could no longer pay because the police had been called.
The food itself was mediocre at best (kimchi pork hot pot was bad; sukiyaki was just okay), but the serviceâespecially from the managerâwas completely unacceptable. This was easily the worst restaurant experience Iâve ever had, and I would strongly caution others.

Under-seasoned bowl of cabbage, decorated with meat. They had a cute little flag for when you needed more broth though.

My favorite #15, Twainess Spicy Beef Pot is always good!
My husband tried their new menu, Special Pot BPN and sister-in-law tried Beef don Bento box, today. Both were good. If we can boil the the Special Pot BPN, it would be better.
The Black tea and Milk tea tastes were a bit blanded like they add too much water.
**Update**
We had a brunch to celebrate Mother's Day this morning. 2 sweet girl servers, especially the Korean girl, were so friendly and very attentive. We enjoyed our brunch very well. Strongly recommend this place.**
I'm so happy to find this Hot Pot restaurant neat me. It was our first try on Hot Pot.
The Asian girl served us with a big smile, and she was so attentive, friendly, and helpful. She explained the Hot Pot menus so well, and her suggestion was the best pick for us. I wondered she poured the same broth on different Hot Pot menus, but the tastes are still different. She kindly explained it is because every hot pot has different base pastes. It was a very delightful experience.
As long as the foods and services are as good as today's, this restaurant will be our family's one of the best Hot Pot place.
Definitely will come back to try other menus and will recommend it to our friends.
