*Update 09/18/25* My favorite #15, Twainess Spicy Beef Pot is always good! My husband tried their new menu, Special Pot BPN and sister-in-law tried Beef don Bento box, today. Both were good. If we can boil the the Special Pot BPN, it would be better. The Black tea and Milk tea tastes were a bit blanded like they add too much water.
**Update** We had a brunch to celebrate Mother's Day this morning. 2 sweet girl servers, especially the Korean girl, were so friendly and very attentive. We enjoyed our brunch very well. Strongly recommend this place.**
I'm so happy to find this Hot Pot restaurant neat me. It was our first try on Hot Pot. The Asian girl served us with a big smile, and she was so attentive, friendly, and helpful. She explained the Hot Pot menus so well, and her suggestion was the best pick for us. I wondered she poured the same broth on different Hot Pot menus, but the tastes are still different. She kindly explained it is because every hot pot has different base pastes. It was a very delightful experience. As long as the foods and services are as good as today's, this restaurant will be our family's one of the best Hot Pot place. Definitely will come back to try other menus and will recommend it to our friends.

if you've been to boiling point, this place is similar! for being closer to home, id definitely come here more often! been here twice so far and the food is delicious, plus the lunch time special with a free drink is hard to beat.

The food and atmosphere both get average to above-average marks, but we were just here today and the waiter/hostess (a Caucasian guy) was very rude. We (a party of 2) asked if we can sit at a booth, and he coldly and curtly said no (even though there was one available). No explanation, no apologies. When my mom approached the empty booth, he rushed over to say no (again, no explanation) and even made a “no” gesture with hand. There are other parties of 2 sitting in booths, so this felt like a discriminatory gesture. We left the restaurant right away. We have been coming to this location for a year or so now, but now will not be returning. The manager should train his staff better. For shame.

We have come here quite a few times. The broth is a bit greasy. The amount of meat and ingredients are very little for the price tag. Good thing they have free tea. Comparing to boiling point, i would choose bp for better taste and price. But since we don’t have many options in Eastvale. I will def keep coming back. Generally a not bad hotpot place.

Unfortunately, this might be my last visit to Pot On Fire - Eastvale. The soup base lacked flavor, and the udon from the kids’ menu came in an extremely small portion—barely five strands of noodles. The baby corn also appeared dark and not very fresh. Not recommended.

Order their on sale $50 combo for 2 pots, 2 drinks and 1 appetizer. It’s really worth it. I like their green tea and “ popcorn chicken is the best ” also recommend number 1.3.7 hotpots.
The only thing that’s been a bit disappointing is that I’ve visited over five times, and every time, the hot pot burner goes out less than 10 minutes after the food arrives. I’ve never had this issue at other hot pot restaurants.
Service by Eli was amazing and the food tasted exquisite. The music made the atmosphere super chill. Absolute 10/10 definitely coming back at every chance I get.

I had the pleasure of coming here over the week and I have to say it was the best. My servers name was Eli, he was very welcoming and attentive. If I had any questions about the menu he would be very knowledgeable about it and was very kind. The food was amazing aswell and I loved brining my family here. Will definitely be coming back due to having such a welcoming atmosphere.

Eli helped me and a few others with understanding how the menu worked. We had never been to a hot pot before so Eli made the trip absolutely amazing. Food was great. Service was great. Eli advised us to also get the Tea there too. Was absolutely amazing. 10/10 would recommend.
