I loveeeee this Starbucks. Everyone there has a great attitude and I like how well they work together. I come here often and they make my drinks pretty consistently.
I ordered a venti matcha frappuccino with no whip, and it was a complete disappointment. It tasted like I was sipping on blended ice with barely any flavor. The store wasn’t busy at all, so there was no excuse for rushing the order. Whoever made the drink needs to be retrained because this was not up to Starbucks’ usual standards. To make it worse, I wasted $9.16, including a tip, on something I couldn’t even enjoy. Definitely not the experience I expected.
