Brian is very kind and goes above and beyond customer service. Me and my boyfriend live in Rancho and we come all the way here to receive great customer service, warm food, and the best drinks. We could go to any Starbucks but decide to come here because they always make sure we’re taken care of. Nothing but positivity and big smiles. Stop by, won’t regret it. Also I want to complement Matt, he provides the best customer service on the showroom floor from greeting you to making sure you get your drink and food the way you ordered! Again above and beyond. This Starbucks really needs to work on their customer service. This is the third time coming here and will be the last sadly all three times has been the worst starbucks experience. They’re rude, entitled, don’t actually know what is on the menu since one said they didn’t sell non dairy cold foam and fought me when I said it was possible. The last time I asked for decaf and they gave me blonde shots and almost had an anxiety attack. :/

Worst experience I’ve never been told no for ice water and the worker told my son he couldn’t have iced water endless he buys an item I had to buy a cake pop just for a free water

I ordered a venti matcha frappuccino with no whip, and it was a complete disappointment. It tasted like I was sipping on blended ice with barely any flavor. The store wasn’t busy at all, so there was no excuse for rushing the order. Whoever made the drink needs to be retrained because this was not up to Starbucks’ usual standards. To make it worse, I wasted $9.16, including a tip, on something I couldn’t even enjoy. Definitely not the experience I expected.
