I occasionally hear people say that it's impossible to mess up fried chicken. Those people haven't been to the Coop. I was excited to learn about a new local fried chicken spot; now I count the days before this 'ghost kitchen' is replaced. The chicken tastes as though it was frozen, covered in all purpose flour, fried without seasoning, and served (take a peak at the picture). Gross.Beyond the food, the Coop wreaks of a restaurant intending to make quick buck and leave. Its the only restaurant in the space with no seating (despite a big seating counter. They have bottled drinks with no bottle opener?? The dude behind the counter was high as a kite and couldn’t answer basic questions.Never again.
