I placed a mobile order for one chicken sandwich and didn’t receive a confirmation email, so I called the store to ask when it would be ready since I was already parked outside. The employee I spoke with, who later identified himself as a manager (Fred), was dismissive, wouldn’t give a clear answer, and hung up on me mid-conversation. When I went inside moments later, my order was already ready. I expressed concern about the handling of the call and Fred responded sarcastically and said “appreciate it”. He had no issue behaving this way in front of the employees. I later called back to ask for the general manager, and Fred hung up on me a second time. Being spoken to this way and hung up on twice, especially by a manager, felt very unprofessional. I do not recommend spending money at this location.
Update: The GM sincerely apologized for the experience and ensured that they’re handling it. He also provided my family and I with a meal so I will add two stars to my original review. Thank you!

David was amazing! My car battery died and jumper cables broke and he came out with a power bank battery starter. 10/10 service, very fast and staff was ver hospitable! Will definitely be back again soon.

Tables are extremely dirty. People leave their trash on the table since there is no trash bin but some people are piggies and they make a big mess on the table. None of the employees will come outside and clean them even if you tell them, customers had to clean the tables with paper towel and water from the soda machine

The wings are always good for the exception of the fries that are extremely salty. I usually order my boneless with lemmon pepper and bbq, the fries as lemmin pepper as well but it was hard to taste the fries because the salt over took the lemmon pepper. Make sure to order light salt or no salt and make sure you double check your bag before you leave. They tend to mix orders up.

I walked in asking about a carry out order and a women with red hair was just not it she gave me a mean stare and stuff I didn’t feel comfortable and it said my order would be done in 20 min I had to wait an additional 5-10 min and as soon as I walked in I saw a crew member that was working with food touch his phone with the glove he uses to touch the food very nasty and then they forgot to sauce my boneless wings super unhappy about this

Salty food and poor packaging. They layered all of the flavors in one tray awkwardly where we couldn’t remove and seperate them. Also the gentlemen’s at the from January 5th at 6:20 pm. Please teach him how to hand food polity and not toss the food. Check your cameras to see how he’s handing out food.

The Mexican teenager at the front is ridiculous. He double charged me for my food. I go home realize he left food out he then tells me request my refund online thru DoorDash . Instead of just fixing my order. Rude and terrible attitude switched my order because we had the same name supposedly except I doubt that’s true
